L'avantage primordial d'utilisé Zoom est de pouvoir rassembler différentes personnes n'étant pas dans la même pièce pour pouvoir faire une réunion.
Le fait de pouvoir couper les différents micros est un plus

quand il y a trop de personnes connecté en même temps sur la réunion parfois cela peut entrainer quelques coupures.

L'entrée dans les réunions peut être parfois fastidieuses, le lien peut ne pas fonctionner ou il est demandé un mot de passe que l'on ne trouve pas.. (petite astuce il est dans l'URL), donc compliqué pour un utilisateur novice. C'est pour moi un vrai problème.

The only con I think zoom has is the updates if you don’t keep the app updated it won’t let you log in until you update it to the most recent updated app. I don’t like to always have to manually update apps and it’s just annoying when you need to use it and you have to wait update it and then hope nothing wrong happens and if it’s successful then you can log back in.

I like Zoom scheduling meeting functions along with screen sharing features, but especially zoom's ability to easily synchronize with Gmail is good as it saves time we conduct parent-teacher meetings using Zoom and it is easy for parents to join through it and communicate their issues

Larger participants can not be added which causes issues as sometimes there are large numbers of participants especially in a workshop or other company-related events other than that there is an audio issue that frequently happens which makes the meeting look bad as both listeners and receiver are not able to communicate properly

What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that managing meeting links can sometimes be confusing, and people may have trouble joining if they don’t have the latest version of the app. It can also feel overwhelming when there are too many features that aren’t fully utilized, and troubleshooting issues during meetings isn’t always straightforward. Internet connection problems can affect the experience, and long meetings may lag or drain the battery on devices.

Having the name brand of Zoom makes my company look professional. I like that it's the Kleenex of video conferencing. I also love the face enhance feature, makes me look better on camera!

VC software I've even considered becoming an affiliate so I could offer it to others I would love to do that anyway it's very user friendly I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses and we use it all the time for our virtual Ministry I use it every single day

The only problem that I have is zoom is basically me when I'm asked to speak it takes me longer than most to get to unmute but that's because I forget to use the space key to do that so otherwise to me it's 100%

Every software has its nice to have, but in periods where video conferencing is your core need, zoom never leaves you down. Teams was to complex and difficult to implement. Meet too simple and brittle. Goto Meeting i liked but (in Italy) had some network problems sometimes.

Avantages

The ability to see who you are communicating with is very useful. When we have telephonic court hearings, the parties often end up accidentally talking over each other because you cannot see faces and indications that someone is about to say something. Zoom fixes that issue.

Inconvénients

The backgrounds available are pretty limited and tend to cut off parts of your hair if you are using a virtual background, which can look very strange. I'd also prefer if each user was assigned a single meeting room id and passcode, rather than the auto generated ones, as that can get very confusing and we have had a few instances where a client went into the wrong meeting room from an old link.

I find their annotation capabilities excellent. It really makes good online training possible. There is a lot of functionality and it is flexible. My husband is a software developer and they also use annotation extensively - so its use is across-board. Zoom is also easy-to-use. I am really glad that they have evolved it with integrations and more functionality so that it continues to be useful as other software has evolved. I like the AI functionality in terms of making summaries etc. It really cuts out some of the tedious work.

I really like the product and the only drawback is that it cannot integrate as well as teams does into Microsoft. I was at an organization that started with Zoom and then all their systems went Microsoft, so they switched to Teams.

Most things about Zoom are great. I use the video feature everyday for interviews. I usually don’t have any connection issues and it’s really user friendly. Anyone could figure out how to use this software really quickly if they needed to.

Inconvénients

The phone feature isn’t great sometimes. Calls do drop and I’ve had connection issues, too. One time I was actually connected with the same person, on 2 different lines, at the same time somehow. It was really confusing and I ended up restarting my computer to make sure I was completely disconnected.

Me ayuda mucho con mi trabajo, en la actualidad las reuniones virtuales son un hecho. La mayoría de reuniones que realizo con mis clientes las realizamos vía virtual y Zoom es una de las herramientas que utilizo.

Es una herramienta muy fácil de utilizar, y permite realizar reuniones con una excelente calidad tanto de vídeo como audio.

Otra ventaja es cuando tengo que mostrar alguna información a mis clientes lo cual lo realizo compartiendo toda mi pantalla o solo programas específicos.

Definitivamente es excelente. Ha y para los que no tienen un lugar optimo, Zoom permite desenfocar el fondo y solo verse uno sin problemas.

Zoom can have some issues when it comes to microphone problems. I tend to find the connecting a microphone to Zoom less straight forward than using Microsoft Teams. I have also found that the browser version of Zoom can be glitchy if a partner or colleague doesn't have it installed.
