Payment Tracking Made Easy
Avantages
Pleo eliminates countless hours of work and stacks of paper. I love the speed with which I can get new employees up and running with their cards, as well as the tracking ability. Receipts have long been a nagging issue for us, but the fact that our employees can upload their receipts directly and input descriptions/notes is fantastic.
Inconvénients
Have not yet had any negative experiences with the software. The team has been very responsive to our questions, and we are all very happy with Pleo.

It is easy. Reminders are helpful and it is simple.
much less headache. No paper work. Less arguing with bookkeeping department. In general it saves a lot of time for all.
Avantages
The simplicity. And the fact that it is categorizing the checks by itself. Also the reminders are great and ensure that you never forget to archive it.
Inconvénients
Not much. Had a few fails but most likely not connected to the app. Sometimes it accepts quite bad pictures which is hard to read.

So easy to use, no more receipts clogging up my bags!
I have to travel occasionally for work, with big expenses due to visiting other offices and hotels. Before I would have to pay and then claim it back, resulting in large admin and delays coming out of my pocket. Now it is all done through Pleo, whether it be online or in a shop. Cannot recommend highly enough
Avantages
It was very easy to set up, it only took 5 minutes to link it all and download to my phone. Very easy to use and didn't need any instructions to record all the details
