Simply the Best

Pleo Automates Just What I Need
I use Pleo for business expenses and the light accounting features. It beats just plainly using a company card.
Avantages
Accounting is just a headache and Pleo takes out a big chunk of what used to drive me crazy. It's perfect. It track everything and spits out just what I need. I couldn't ask for anything better.
Inconvénients
The setup for Pleo is a little confusing. I guess it has to be, dealing with financials and everything. But, a few more hints or a walkthrough could have made me feel a little less dumb.

Best software ever
Avantages
Pleo has enabled me to keep track of my expenses and has made it easier than ever to attach every single receipt right away. I don't have to worry about collecting my receipts anymore and I know that expenses at the end of the month are super smooth. I can only recommend Pleo—both as a software but also their service-minded people. Love everything about it

I honestly don't have anything bad to say about Pleo :)

Pleo saves our company a lot of time and ressources. Easy to use and customer service is...
Avantages
Pleo is very intuitive and time saving. We can easily keep track of all our expenses which is very helpful for our management team.
Inconvénients
Adding money to the Pleo card is still a manual process that goes through our online bank. Would be great if that process could be automated somehow.

Easy to use and stress-free
Love it!
Avantages
I like how easy the app is to use on the phone.
I like the design of the cards, they look really great.
It's so easy to upload your receipts and it reminds you if you've forgotten.
It's a stress-free way to put through company expenses.
Inconvénients
I don't like that you have to open the app to find the virtual card, why can't you use the details on the card to buy things online?

Saves me time and hassle
Expenses handling is a lot quicker. Saves everybody in the company time.
Avantages
It is so quick to do expenses and I don't have to worry about keeping receipts.
Inconvénients
I have to log in from a computer to add invoices received on email.

Pleo makes my life way easier
When project managing a large project with a large team and with public funds expenses can be a large task to manage. Pleo makes this work task minimal.

Avantages
Exceptional user experience means that there is no fuss in getting on with paying for things out of the company.
The virtual card is a huge help too. If I lose my physical card then there is no need to change the company subscriptions because the virtual card details never change. Clever.
Inconvénients
Nothing really jumps to mind. The software is great. It gives notifications when I haven't done something and even these are not annoying.

Avantages
This is just the simplest thing ever.
Expenses used to be a ball-breaking exercise.
All of a sudden we are streamlined and teched up and life is easy.

Great for a travelling team
Great, all our team are really happy with it, and even the MD has asked for a card to start using the new system.
Avantages
Reminders for receipts of purchases
Cards are accepted everywhere and are contactless
Everyone has their own logins and PIN numbers
easy to add funds and change peoples buying and spending limits
Inconvénients
Imports transactions but not statements, so they have to be manually reconciled.
