I love how much time the app has saved our staff and how easy it was to set up. Especially for myself, as an administrator on the account, I am spending much less time on processing expenses and it is much less likely that inaccuracies occur with the bank reconciliation.

Inconvénients

The only thing I can think of that might make Pleo even better would be a secure authorisation step before we export the expenses into our accounting software. This would mainly be for auditing purposes.

It makes my expenses really easy to do. No more keeping and submitting receipts. I just take a photo of the receipt and it's done.

I can't think of any negatives. I haven't figured out why I've got a virtual card for online purchases but that's not a problem.

Exceptional user experience means that there is no fuss in getting on with paying for things out of the company.

The virtual card is a huge help too. If I lose my physical card then there is no need to change the company subscriptions because the virtual card details never change. Clever.

Nothing really jumps to mind. The software is great. It gives notifications when I haven't done something and even these are not annoying.

Simple and Easy to use. Works well on my iPhone. Easily loaded onto the system.

Expenses used to be a ball-breaking exercise.

Very easy and intuitive to use - especially like push notifications after purchases so it's easy to snap a photo of the receipt then and there.

Easy and timesaving. No more receipts missing and no late reports. I'm happy with the fact that it's an ongoing process and not the end of the month project.

When travelling eg in Thailand there are shops where you can not use the pleo card.
I have experienced not being able to buy train tickets in DK because of server insufficience at pleo.
The design of the card is not very nice.

The simplicity. And the fact that it is categorizing the checks by itself. Also the reminders are great and ensure that you never forget to archive it.

Not much. Had a few fails but most likely not connected to the app. Sometimes it accepts quite bad pictures which is hard to read.

Pleo is a great tool for my workflow and for keeping everything regarding finances & expenses into one place. It gives me a great overview of what has been spent and helps me to plan future expenses. I love that sends me receipt remainder expenses have never been so easy and fun!

I'm still struggling to figure out labelling and categorising within the app but perhaps that 's not on Pleo but rather how we set it up within the team :)

Uploading receipts is easy. Just snap a pic! Really like that it gives me reminders when I have receipts missing so that I don't have a massive backlog. Also easy to upload receipts on the website.

Their customer support is really good as well. When I was having issues with a merchant they responded swiftly within web chat and gave me all the information I needed in a very clear and concise manner so that I could make an informed decision about next steps to take.

Can't claim missing receipts on desktop.

Pleo has saved me literally hours every month by being able to keep my accounts team up to date on my spending in real time instead of as a once monthly exercise.

My card was hacked once but I received an immediate payment alert, blocked the payment, cancelled the card and received a replacement quickly. Really great service in response to an unfortunate incident

It is so quick and easy to use. No sooner have a i made a purchase, Pleo is prompting me to add a receipt. No more filling in lengthly expenses forms or collating stacks of receipts. The whole process takes seconds.

As an end user it makes it incredibly easy to manage my expenses. When using the card I get a notification almost instantly that the transaction has been processed. Take a photograph of the receipt using my mobile phone & I'm done. No more monthly expenses forms to fill in with dozen's of receipts attached. It's great

- when you have paid for something by mistake it keeps it on the app for a while and keeps reminding you to add the receipt when you technically don't need to (not a bad con, it's my own fault)

I love how I immediately get a prompt to snap a photo of a receipt as soon as I make a purchase. Helps make sure I don't forget or lose any receipts.
