User friendly
Making it a little more similar to navigate and finding what you are searching for a lot easier.
Avantages
We use Timeco for our own employees to clock in/out. As well as, some of our clients we use Timeco to pull their timesheets. It is pretty easy and helps us keep track of our employee’s PTO time.
Inconvénients
It is kind of confusing on some tabs. I wish it was more specific without having to click around so much to find certain things.

Timeco Review
I enjoy using it because it tracks clock in and clock out times.
Avantages
This helps calculate your time and throughout the day. It is very effective for clocking in and out multiple times a day.
Inconvénients
I have not found anything difficult about this software. I find it very easy to use. This is an effective tool. However, we must contact admin to change any time

2019 Review
It has been good but I wouldn't say that I am blown away from the experience. I'm just not getting all the information that I need. It would be great to have functionalities specific for HR.
Avantages
All the functionalities and that it's an integrated system.
Inconvénients
TimeCo and HROi do not always communicate as well as I like. Most often, TimeCo will default to 'Front Desk" department code for employees coded differently. It causes frustration between management and HR. I will code them correctly in HROi and TimeCo will not. I wish I was able to add other information to a report so that I can tailor a report to fit my needs.
