Great Time Keeping App
Avantages
Very user friendly for both administrator and employees. Sends notifications when employees clock in and clock out. Makes calculation hours for payroll a breeze.

Don't know of any, sometimes it was glitching that what my employee said, but not sure if it was app or the phone that was used

Exactly What I Needed
Avantages
This software works so well and provides reports for payroll that meet all my company's needs. I've tried many others and this is by far the best!
Inconvénients
Nothing yet. Sinc gives me the hourly tracking I need.

Great time keeping propduct
Avantages
I used SINC to track my employees work which is done remotely. Excellent app, very easy to use. I have used other time keeping apps in the past and I find SINC to be more straight forward than others.
Inconvénients
No problems with it yet, great product. I had trouble resetting an employee password but customer service was friendly and fast

JUST what we needed!
Avantages
This app is easy to use and makes tracking hours for employees easy from wherever they are! Covid has created a need for at-home work, which created a need for me to have available and accessible clock-in methods from wherever my employees are.
Inconvénients
I have not noticed any missing features for what we need, which is pretty basic.

Avantages
This is an incredibly helpful tool to monitor and keep track of employee hours, pay, location, and you can also send jobsite location through their app which then automatically clocks them in when they arrive! I like how simple it is to go in and edit hours when employees forget to clock in or out.

I have not found any con's so far. I've been incredibly happy with everything.

Needed something to keep track of employees hours. Easy to access, easy to change, not overly frilly. Support is great and I think new integrations are in the works.
Inconvénients
Wish pc version and app coincided better. Some things work better on app some in pc. Wish more options to change time frame for payroll (ex weekly, bi weekly, monthly)

My employees dont have any trouble clocking in and out. I also get notifications when they do both.

Easy to use and simple. Makes getting the hours for my team every week very quick and easy.
Avantages
My staff picked it up very quickly, and it's free for my business (we have 4 staff). Also the tech support was great.
Inconvénients
It's currently lacking some features such as sick days, but the support team say they are working on those. I think once those are in place it should suit our needs perfectly.

The interface is simple and easy to use. It is also great that it saves the data and uploads next time the device is connected to wifi, in case workers don't have any mobile data.
Inconvénients
It was tricky to trial with only 3 staff members so we signed up before being totally ready.

Don't even think about it, give SINC a shot.
I can't say anything bad about the app at all. It's now easy to use and a major time saver.
Avantages
I immediately liked how much time I saved calculating payroll each week.

The UI is a little clumsy, however it's easily overcome.

Avantages
Transparent - Lets me know exactly how many hours I have done for the week and if my manager makes an edit to a shift, it notifies me. If I did not take my allowed breaks for the day, I can say this when clocking out and get paid for the time I worked.
Inconvénients
Would like a weekly report emailed to me of my hours instead of having to check the summary on the app.

Avantages
It saves me an hour every week that I used to spend adding up everyone's individual time sheets. It also seems I have also reduced my payroll bill slightly but have not been using it long enough to really know for sure.
Inconvénients
I would like office staff to be able to clock in from their desk tops. Also, fortnightly pay periods would be helpful

Needs time round off option because employees love to clock in early and out at last min. Needs employee pay rate to simplify payroll. Also needs more than just an email option to get linked
