Provides amazing social proof fo visiting customers and browsers. A great way to solidify brand reputation and quality.

Inconvénients

Can be a bit tricky to set up-- especially depending on your platform, but the support is BEYOND helpful and very well versed. They will go over and above to assist to get you set up.

Pros:  They helped us in increasing our conversions by 30%. I really love how simple and easy it was to get more conversions. I never thought getting more conversions could be so simple, so easy.

Cons: They need to make their UI more intuitive and easy as well.

Easy set-up to install pixel and allow visitors to get social proof of use by others. This can help confirm and validate to push some over the edge.

Inconvénients

Software is a little clunky, takes some time to get used to and understand the reporting. Users need to remember its a tool and not a conversion kit.

It's ​easy to implement and an unobtrusive way to potentially boost leads. I've seen Influence in action on several websites before I bought it. I definitely noticed a pull to action knowing that others had already purchased a product there or were currently viewing the page I was on.

Inconvénients

The dashboard is a bit too stark. I'd like more guidance on setting up, examples of what's possible, case studies, etc.

It currently shows bulk activity (e.g. pop-up for how many total purchasers in previous X days, recent activity (e.g. individual pop-ups for each purchaser in previous X days, live count (total visitors on live on-site now), individual review pop-ups (currently Google reviews). Custom pop-ups and Push notifications are being added.

They need to start providing consulting and content marketing help & educate as well to brands who are looking to learn more in increasing conversions.

The limits are extremely generous for the price one would pay.

It feels like a beta product. Like it could have undergone maybe another 3-4 months of work before being released to the public. As of the time of this review, keep that in mind if you plan to get this.

The software is pretty simple to set up. It allows you to customize the notifications you want to show, and you can easily turn them on and off at will. I got the lifetime deal, and if I keep it, it will be worth it pretty quickly.

The customer service seems slow and isn't the best at follow up so far. I'm having to check in with them frequently to see if they've found a solution to the issue I've been having since Day 1 (13 days ago at the time of this review).

As a Thrivecart user, I appreciate being able to connect this service to Influence in order to increase my sales.

Compared to other services, Influence lacks fluidity, but is improving.

We purchased this as an appsumo lifetime deal, so the risk was low and the upside high. I think the product and team is headed in the right direction, but it's nowhere as easy to use as I've found competitor products.

Out of the box the UX is a little clunky in terms of settings, installation, etc. Not horrible, just a little more friction than I anticipated.

Thoughts on app. It's very easy to setup and configure (in my opinion) using Google Tag Manager. I would love more styling control on the widgets. Otherwise I have no complaints.

I'll be honest there are some minor issues with items like the limited styling options for the pop up.

Was difficult to use with clickfunnels. It makes the tool work on all of your funnels instead of just 1. So you get the pop ups on pages that you don't want them on. I've been trying to get it to work properly on clickfunnels for over a month. It's frustrating. Support doesn't respond that fast at times. The time zone difference is a bummer.

It does not affect the page load speed so better seo and even better conversions

The ease of uploading content to the platform is great. There are some useful templates to get you started.

The editor can be difficult to work with. Sometimes the content doesn’t quite move to the template as you would expect. The templates are limited with my package. Working in the template can also be difficult. The training videos make things look easier than they are.

I was looking forward to using this software for our business. However, after setting this whole software up, there were just way too many bugs to use. From webhooks to the data displayed. Really feel bad because we wanted to use it, but couldn't.

It's easy to implement and setup. The social notification shows on my landing page as expected

It takes awhile for the changes in settings to take effect. Had to wait quite awhile to ensure that what I did/changed in the settings is working well.

It was pretty easy to get everything setup on the backend of their system.

Placing the code and getting it all connected was a piece of cake.

You can make it so visitors can or can't minimize or exit the popup.

Inconvénients

Testing the code took a minute and for some reason didn't work right away.

Not sure if it was a clickfunnels issue or not so I can't say for sure.

Product works great, does exactly what is needed and was easy to set up. Has a few options to edit settings and help build trust with customers along with showing some info on trending products and account signups.

I love how easy it is to use and it literally help increase my overall sales conversion which is something that I appreciate. I’ve been looking for a great alternative to a pricier brands out there and this works out great! So far, no problem in using it.

I think the design could be improved. As for me, I like to see different customizations and the ability to match the popup with my brand color.

These guys have incredible support with this software. Also I really love the quality of their popup design. I have used most of the products in the market. They look really bad. Their notifications look really HQ, and that's the best part about it.
