Gets the job done
Overall, OpenPM is user friendly and great to use. There are many reports that can be ran, but often will require assistance to get the option added in.
Avantages
There are a lot of areas in which you can provide a large amount of information for every patient visit
Inconvénients
It is sometimes difficult to run the reports that are necessary.

Easy to Learn
Able to get detailed reports on status of accounts
Avantages
Its very user friendly, was easy to learn even without formal training.
Inconvénients
Would like to be able to upload documents relates to the claims without large storage fee.

Overall it really improves our workflow.
Avantages
Everything is pretty much on one screen and easy to read vs. having to scroll down our click a bunch of different places to get to a certain screen.
Inconvénients
The batching feature for different things like adjustments and/or denials is a bit confusing.
