Coming from an Agile background, and many other methodologies before that, when we encountered ClickUp it really impressed us.
It's taken the best from these worlds and implemented a "best of class" user interface to deliver a very useful product.

1. Missing LINE UP from the mobile app
2. Ability to share lists/tasks between workspaces so we don't have to keep switching into the clients workspace and then back
3. Progress reports on the dashboard - things like "how many tasks were completed this week" - broken down by workspace/space/list - this would be very compelling and motivating for team members
4. Explaining how the user licenses work at the outset could be better - we almost got charged a hefty bill for people who weren't full users.

It offers exciting task automations that allows us to take less time attending to the repetitive tasks.

ClickUp has proved to be the perfect match for our project management needs. No cons faced so far.

I love the fact that I can customise it so much. I used an outside agency to set it up, so now it's all organised the way I like it. Also love the way I can have wikis for each client.

I loved ClickUp for its ease of use in creating to-do lists and setting timelines for them. ClickUp supports our organizational capabilities and brings members together on a single workflow chart, which unifies goals and increases focus on completing tasks on time. I loved the ease of making updates and sending alerts or inquiries to other colleagues directly from the same page. I loved that all details and inputs are documented with ClickUp, so that the project page becomes a reference for everyone to implement accurate follow-up and push pending activities. The dashboards are amazing, as they can be configured according to the project’s needs, and I loved that they are automatically updated according to the latest updates, which makes them ready to view at any time.

Inconvénients

With the multiple versions and updates, the negatives have almost disappeared, and working with the rest of the team using ClickUp has become more efficient and enjoyable as well.

Avantages

I find the concept of spaces the most complete for my needs. I use spaces for customers, and I put all the client projects there as folders, but I also use them for large projects.

Inconvénients

The loading speed. I tried on multiple different networks but it has that lazy loading that way in the past, when I started to use the tool it was not there.

Better user experience, more intuitive interface and all the feature we needed to manage our projects at a better price, at least in our opinion.

Avantages

This a one stop app for tasks, goals, mind maps documents the lot. Reminders and events can sync with everyone involved to ensure productivity stays high. Customer service was also pretty good.

Inconvénients

Their A.I feature is at best mediocre with an additional fee per month. There isn't a feature to create invoices and bill inside the app. The proofing option wasn't as robust as I would've liked either.

Avantages

Creation of unlimited gantt charts and real-time chat for team collaboration is what I like most.

It doesn’t have built-in message board but I have merged with external apps.

It is really help on copy and paste data management, as we can use it just like excel. But we can't do it in clickup.

Two things I really like bout ClickUp. The first is their Timesheets. Entering your time is super easy, you can track whether your hours are billable or not, and there's even a way to track your hours with a timer. The second feature is the Whiteboard feature, which isn't available with any of the other products I have tested.

Unfortunately, I need to upgrade to a paid subscription to continue using the Timesheets feature, which is one of the main reasons for using ClickUp, and I can use a free version of other programs for time tracking.

Click up has SO many features! Even their free version is loaded with different tools to help you organize/plan/create/coordinate etc.. I love all of the options that are available throughout the experience of uing Clickup. Users are able to tailor and personalize almost all default settings/templates at every step along the way. I also appreciate the emphasis on versatility and adaptability of this software. This software is fully functional for user's Work and/or Personal goals/projects/plans etc.. as well as when being utilized as an individual user or within a team of user's who are collaborating..

Inconvénients

The software has so many great features and options but the one downside is accessibility and ease of use for user's. The app on my IOS apple iphone SE was almost unusable (for me!) I am not an expert when it comes to using software but I'm also not a novice. For me the app was very confusing and took so much time/energy to set up that it was not worth even trying.

Wow. I love how clean, attractive and organized the UI of ClickUp was designed, it just puts everything in order and appropriately.

I am also happy with how I can customize channels, templates and projects to how I know best.

Incase a project is overdue or almost reaching completion, ClickUp marks it with a red colour to help you time track and know how to mitigate it.

I can also communicate with teammates using the business instant messaging collaborate on a project using the Kanban and white boards.

Fantastic drag and drop functionality.

ClickUp has also the capability to integrate with third party platforms like Google Calendar that helps in date and time tracking.

Inconvénients

I can't think of any dislikes at the moment simply because I have come across any.

The email notifications only include what has changed about a task, no other contextual information to keep my team organized.

Super fácil de criar/editar tarefas e atribuir as pessoas. Além de ser super fácil controlar a alocação do tempo do time nas atividades. Dashboards que facilitam a gestão. Realmente muito fácil de operar e muito rápido e intuitivo, como se fosse um Jira mais "jovem".

No início, é necessário um bom onboard do time para que os outros possam entender o processo. Mas uma vez entendido, se mostra uma ferramenta muito ágil. Sugiro começar com menos detalhes de gerenciamento e ir aprofundando aos poucos.

Task management, after all that is the reason why we have started using it. It really is a great task management software and the ease of assigning specific tasks to people, assigning time, assigning additional subtasks, adding attachments and then having them all in the kanban board - it's just amazing!

At times ClickUp just feels too heavy, in my opinion some of the features that are there are nice but for most of the time we haven't used them, they felt rather unnecessary and just bloated the UI.

ClickUp is easy to use and it pretty easy to adjust all the settings. We use it mainly as project management tool, but also track sales cases with it (not as CRM and contact db, but how the cases are proceeding).

It took some time to get familiar with all the settings and how to make it all work in the way we want to have it. We could have asked for more support from ClickUp, but could figure everything out by ourselves at the end too.
