Excellent antivirus, it is one of the best I've tried, Its virus protection is second to none, I have never had any type of issue with virus while using it and the best part is that it does not slow down my computer as other antivirus softwares whose protection is on par with this one.

Having a slow internet connection will tamper a bit with the virus database updates and the online protection, and sometimes your web browsing will feel much slower when avast is running.
