Use it or Lose it

Always a very helpful organisation from top to bottom.

Avantages

There is such a vast array of help within this software to help you run the business.

Inconvénients

Only the fact there is so much and I do not have time to learn all the features, those using it on a daily basis with our organisation however are able to point me to wherever I need to go.

Big Change review

Always been simple to use.

Avantages

The simplicity of using their system compares to competitors

Inconvénients

I think the overall package serves my purposes and nothing to dislike.

Big Change usage

since using big change i have found that the platform is really useful and all the changes and upgrades big change make just make it easier to use

Avantages

how you can see in real time were all my staff are located

Inconvénients

the amount of info that big change pulls when you down load a report

Customer and Service van tracking

Avantages

The tracking facility is what we use most to locate vehicles whilst customers have them on loan allowing us to make sure they are being used and treated correctly. It also helps with any legal questions we may have relating to speeding locations ect.

Inconvénients

The software is a little more expensive than other systems but this does what it says

Fleet tracking and CANBUS reporting for 40+ HGVs

Overall very positive

Avantages

Very user friendly, easy to dial in to the information needed quickly

Inconvénients

Nothing noticed. Used the software for 8/9 years and wouldn't look to change

We can easily manage dead mileage and cut fuel cost by using the system and currently have trackers fitted on 44 buses

The system is really easy to use and the price is excellent compared to others on the market

The system covers everything that we require from the system

Fantastic All In One System

its is fantastic and the whole team at big change just great and very helpful

Avantages

The information you can collate .
How you can alter what different people can view

Inconvénients

Sometimes the map doesn't work properly .
You zoom in and it can't keep up with the change , so the map gets distorted .

Vehicle Tracking

The only issue we have had is vehicles dropping out of range and loosing data, which is probably mainly due to the locality of our operation, however there have been some occasional web outages too, Overall the support and quality of the product is good

Avantages

Simple to use interface, reporting (although we do not use the system to its full potential), access to historical data

Inconvénients

As far as the software is concerned, we have no issues
