Very easy to use as a email service
Avantages
Campaign Monitor is one of the very effective email marketing software that can be used even for a newcomer that has never use this kind of this software before. It can be configure to sent multiple type of email marketing to find the winning email for that set of audience list.
Inconvénients
It lacks of tools to customized the email body, and not much design that we can create for our email marketing. We can only choose from the template design that provided by the software and not all the template design is fit with the email objective. I really hope they can add more design for the template.

Basic support.
Basic plan is not cheap, but it is still with limited number of functionalities - eg no marketing automation.

A good solution but its no Mail Chimp
Overall it is a good program however the availability of better products and prices makes using Campaign Monitor somewhat pointless.
Avantages
One of the highlights of Campaign Monitor when I was using it was the split testing that allows A/B testing with mail campaigns.
Inconvénients
Although there is nothing outstandingly bad about Campaign Monitor the lack of a few features such as sales reports and CRM synchronization mean that it falls short of what other similar products on the market can deliver.

The easiest way to send Marketing and Promotional campaign to your contacts
Avantages
It is easy to use (drag and drop features) and templates are available to send professional-grade email marketing to your prospect customers.
Inconvénients
Requires lot of time especially if you just started using the software. But one time only like encoding your contacts and making your first template.

Nicely designed
Overall the experience with CAmpaign monitor was good. I did like the reporting aspect, but nothing too unique that I couldn’t get from elsewhere.
Avantages
The interface is nicely designed. It creates dashboards for easy reporting and it’s easy to build emails in.
Inconvénients
Price point on par with other similar platforms, but sometimes people aren’t as familiar with this brand and harder to convince to use.

Good for the Basics
Avantages
This platform works alright for the basic email campaigns, but it's kinda pricey. I prefer MailChimp, where there are a lot more up to date templates and more advanced features available
Inconvénients
It's just not as advanced as some other platforms which are actually less expensive. I recommend trying out a few other campaign softwares before settling on one.
