Worst Customer support ever.

These guys are happy to continue collecting your monthly subscription from you, They have the worst customer service ever. However if you try to log in and have forgotten your password - you wont get your email password reset. Once again - you are referred to log in to reach customer support. And round and round you go.

Terrible Account Reps

Inconvénients

They are very impressive during the sales process to get you on the hook and then dump you during the onboarding process. The account reps at this company are horrendous. Very unprofessional. I was completely turned off by the way I was treated by this company.
