Creating and launching campaigns can be done fast. If you need to launch multiple campaigns, notifications, comms... using templates and uploading databases it's a smooth process. If you are familiar with other email marketing tools, even the simplest tools, you can learn Campaign Monitor overnight.

Inconvénients

Integrates with popular tools but if you are using something else, be ready to manage and update your database manually (unless you have a dedicated IT team). Nothing wrong with this, that's how it is but be mindful to check the integration list before getting the tool.

Avantages

This software is easy to use and helpful when coming up with emails to send out. Not only do we use this for marketing but to send out mass emails to the 500+ employees. Using past templates makes a quick and easy setup to put together the emails my team sends weekly!

Inconvénients

Spacing in emails can be a little weird sometimes, but that is my only complaint!

It’s straightforward to set up with templates and manage email lists. The automation feature is key for us.

The product somehow feels less intuitive than others I have used in the past.

For digital marketers, it's a dependable email marketing program. I enjoy using this tool because it gives so many options for customizing email templates and running a successful campaign. A really useful tool for personalizing your own appealing email template, which aids in lead engagement.

It has sufficient components that I desire. So not received any bad cases.

I am not scientific about this, but it seems that delivery/open rates are better than when I used mailchimp.
Templates are neat and customizable, but I usually just modified my premise designs.
WSYWIG design works well and quickly.
Personalized segmentation options are very helpful.
Worldview is amazing - it is magical watching people open messages around the globe.
Last, but not least, price - very affordable for my size list of less than 500. And they offer non-profit rates.

Inconvénients

While segments are very customizable, it is not easy putting clients into these segments, has to be done manually one-by-one (there are shortcuts for adding a new contact).

Would like to send test emails to multiple addresses that are clearly labeled as test!

Avantages

I've used many different email marketing tools over the years, and have seen the ups and downs of many of them. CM is one of the top programs I've had the opportunity to use. Editing and managing emails is a breeze w/ CM, and the support was there when needed (prompt as well).

Inconvénients

If you have a good CRM this program might not be necessary, but that's not so much of a con as it is you just need to know what your personal needs are and that this software isn't the end-all solution for everyone. I don't really have any gripes about this software. A few things are different than other competitor's, like the way hours are billed, but that type of stuff doesn't take long to get used to.

I find the software easy to use. The upload of data is very easy. I like the templates as they are clear and punchy.

Inconvénients

Limited to only to Campaign Monitors templates. Would like the option to upload other templates that I have used for other email campaigns and or website campaigns.

Started using Campaign Monitor after a thorough search of competitors, and chose it and one more. CM is robust, offering many campaign options and integrations. It was a bit of a learning curve for me but for those who are already familiar with this sort of thing they won't have any issues.

Inconvénients

There is a bit of a learning curve to get up to speed on their ecosystem. Sometimes the interface can be a bit choppy, but effective overall.

Great, simple and clean templates for immediate use. We can import our campaigns created in HTML that we used to send to our customers, The survey option it's a great option to insert in our campaigns

The support for basic account it´s only by email phone . The price is high if you have few emails to sent.
