Great Experience
For the last several years, we have used them and have been quite pleased.
Avantages
The software is easy to use but if there is ever an issue, the customer service is very good. They respond right away and are always willing to do a screen share so they can experience what the user is experiencing.
Inconvénients
There is nothing that stands out that is unsatisfactory regarding WebVision. Maybe updating us when a new version is available?

Avantages
Easy to use and build out with a great team who are willing to go above and beyond.
Inconvénients
I dont have any complaints. It is user friendly and the use can be self sufficient in doing Webvision updates.

Avantages
The team was already using Dynamo when I came on. I find it easy to use. I can easily organize all fund and manager information into one place so I can easily find it.
Inconvénients
It's small, but when I search for things, it always takes a few seconds to load the drop-down menu to select what I'm looking for. The AI add-in is frustrating because it will auto-relate entities that are not related to the activity I'm saving. For example, if the notes in the body of an activity mention something generic like a Bloomberg Barclays Index, it will auto-relate every contact in the system from both Bloomberg and Barclays even though the notes are not about either Bloomberg or Barclays.

The ability to easily track investor engagements, email and tracking capabilities and pipeline management.
Inconvénients
After an extensive search of peer software systems, Clienteer stood out as the best for my needs. I am hardpressed to find any 'cons' at this time.

I Wouldn't Leave Home Without It
Overall, they are a fantastic company to work with. The support team, although based in Bulgaria, for the most part responds as though they were in the USA. We have been long time customers and grown along with Dynamo. The experience has been great.
Avantages
Its cloud based architecture, coupled with intuitive design makes this a fantastic product for our needs.
Inconvénients
It would be great if the product introduced a 'recycle bin' so any entities accidentally deleted could be easily restored.

Customer support has been great. There is room to improve on ease of customization by the user, as well as, data upload alternatives to Excel. Customization on next iteration looks interesting .
Avantages
Centralized database. Designed to be the single source of truth on financials.
Inconvénients
Difficulty in making changes to the excel upload template (customer support needed). Limited UI flexibility. Excel input to database.

Is useful for replacing names in specific families elements instead of making it manually.

Graphics programming have no limits. Is easy to automate repetitive tasks in Revit.

The trial period that we used was a very valuable experience and it will be reviewed by management for further discussion and usage.
Avantages
The sophistication of this product is excellent and will be something we will be investigating further as our business grows.
Inconvénients
It can take a bit of time to learn and utilize the total functionality of this system but that is normal with any new system.
