All employees in my organization use Dropbox Business as part of the Office 365 products. For Microsoft Dropbox Business is essential as it allows each employee to have their own personal cloud storage that can be accessed from their personal computers, laptops, smartphones, tablets and web browsers at any time. By assigning this individual storage to each employee, it is no longer necessary for the company to have a separate file server to deal with this.

Dropbox Business on my mobile device has been very helpful, as it syncs my images in seconds and allows me to access all my files. Dropbox Business syncs very quickly between devices. On occasion, I have added files online and within seconds, I have noticed that the file had been moved to my local computer. The same is true in the other direction. I am very pleased and thrilled with the speed of syncing at all angles. Dropbox Business is very effective at preserving different versions of files. I have needed to use it repeatedly and it is very simple to use. This attribute has helped me on more than one occasion.
Inconvénients
Dropbox Business has a 15 GB limit for files. I know that is a mammoth amount, however, I have several files that exceed 15 GB that I wish I could sync. I wish the file size would be restricted in the future. I wish Dropbox Business would allow multiple personal accounts to be synced to my computer. At this time, it is only possible to sync one account at a time. This means that it is not possible to sync my personal Dropbox Business and the individual corporate on my computer at the same time.

Dropbox Paper this is almost like a clean whiteboard where you can do a plethora of things like create a to-do lists, run meetings, and discuss new project ideas. Your collogues can add their comments and thoughts on the discussion thus making this a powerful collaboration tool. It is almost like having an online whiteboard for group discussion.
Rewind tool can come handy if you accidently deleted something and or wants to restore files to previous versions.
Dropbox also provides business customers with a suite of enterprise-specific team controls that ensure that data can only be accessed by the appropriate persons.
Inconvénients
Honestly there are no deal breaking cons that I found with using drop box business for years but I think, the user interface needs a redesign. It feels ages old compared to competition.
Synch with smartphones sometimes take a little fiddling with settings despite of having fast internet connection.

A reasonable choice with some half-baked ideas
I've used Dropbox Business (so called mainly because of the larger allocation of space that you get, as best I can tell) for some time, and overall I am quite happy with it. It is responsive and easy to access, and while it does have features that I wish were better explained (or that you could opt out of or disable), it's easy enough to ignore those elements and focus on the pieces that work best for you.

Dropbox is quite easy to set up, especially if you are using it for individual or small business purposes. I am a professor, for example, and work at home and on campus in a variety of locations on a range of computers, and Dropbox allows me to access my files either via its integrated software (if I'm using my own computer) or on the web (if I'm using a shared machine). Its space allowances are generous, and it doesn't seem to suffer from lags or downtime in any significant way.
Inconvénients
There are a number of "half-baked" ideas scattered throughout Dropbox that very well could have the potential to be useful, but that languish because they are poorly explained/documented, difficult to use or access, poorly integrated, and/or confusing in terms of their purposes. Dropbox Spaces, for example, seems as though it can't decide whether it is a Google Docs or a OneNote clone--or something altogether different; there is also some sort of password/security vault feature, but it is unclear what exactly it does or how to use it.

Dropbox gave us a lot of benefits that helped us with practical team collaboration. Especially when working with other field offices and their project teams. Operating from different time zones meant that live communications via email were quite ineffective. So the collaboration features and file sharing tools Dropbox offered us made our work a lot easier and more productive.

With great mobile access and sync across devices, that also meant that there was very little productivity lost from not being in the office or having your primary computer with you at all times.

Storage size of 2 GB on the free account is quite limited. While we recommend Dropbox for most of the community cooperatives we work with, most of them cannot afford the paid subscriptions that offer sufficient storage .

The Perfect Solution for Easy Cloud Storage

Best solutions for my cloud storage needs

I love how simple is this system can sync my files in my computer to the cloud storage so I don't have to pop open the browser; instead, I can simply transfer files as if I were saving them to my PC. I like that it synchronises with different devices. We don't have to wait for email documents to arrive; we upload them to Dropbox, and everybody has instantaneous access.
Inconvénients
There isn't anything about Dropbox that I don't enjoy. I'd want to be able to register a user and limit what they can see so that I can keep some folders secret. Another helpful feature would be to password-protect particular files to manage who would have the credentials and, therefore, view them.
