Tango makes rewards Fun.
Avantages
Tango gives me the opportunity to boost employee morale. I distribute gift cards for things such as perfect attendance and meeting certain sales goals. My employees are appreciative and excited when they receive their gift card via email. The set up process with Tango took less than a week and it was an overall easy and effortless process.
Inconvénients
There is nothing to not like about the software. It has been excellent so far.

Avantages
It makes it easy to convert gift cards and money from other apps. It is very important that it is available in every country.
Inconvénients
I am unable to redeem or transfer small amounts of some gift cards, this feature needs to be supported or improved.

Easy and simple way to say thank you, when you want to recognize someone.
Inconvénients
The only thing I don’t like is that when you have a minimum balance to use and is less than any of the e-cards you can’t use it anymore.

Reining loyalties
I get my loyalties through tango. I accept each through email and within minutes of accepting i have another email carrying my gift codes along with second email with pin code they use every caution possible to ensure loyalties go to right person. They are then listed according to receiving date on my account and amounts of each. Perfect for record keeping
Avantages
MY gift cards this far have came from tango and so far have been exactly the right amount and I get to choose to which company I want it from they don't force unwanted items on you

I've used them now almost a year and I've yet to find any cons to their products at all

Fat payouts
It's easy to send and receive awards with tango. They have a variety of cards like Walmart or a MasterCard prepaid. Pretty awesome selection for customers to pick their own card

It is fast payouts and seamless experience.
Inconvénients
Nothing to dislike. Never had an issue with them but one time and the customer service found the issue and fixed it before I even got off the call.

The ability to receive money through gift cards it's a blessing and works perfectly.
Inconvénients
The only thing they should add is the Paypal gift card.

My favorite aspect of working with the Tango team on our quarterly customer loyalty incentive programs is the high caliber of customer care we received from them. They are constantly responsive and occasionally go above and above to satisfy, especially the customer service agent. She has always been fantastic, and as a customer service representative, I can tell when a coworker from a different company is performing at their absolute best. I also like the high caliber help-desk support service they provided to our awarded clients, which eliminated the need for me to assign anyone on my team to handle reward support tasks since Tango's customer service already handled them. I adore how Tango gives our consumers different functionalities.
Inconvénients
Our consumers in poor nations can typically only redeem their rewards as Visa gift cards, making all other choices unavailable to them. Hence, it would be fantastic if Tango could include additional brands from developing nations in the list of brand gift cards that consumers may use to redeem their rewards.

Could use some improvement
We use Tango to pay customers for completing surveys.
Avantages
I like this program because you can pay multiple people at one time. You fill out a spreadsheet with all the names and payments, and then upload it. That feature is great.
Inconvénients
There are a few things that could be improved with this program. It is clunky to use. You fill out a spreadsheet and upload to the website for payment to be sent to customers. If anything is even remotely off on your spreadsheet, payments will be delayed. There doesn't seem to be a consistent time of when payments to customers are made, as sometimes it is in a day or two and sometimes not for several days. Customer service and communication with this company is terrible! You cannot easily get ahold of anyone. You cannot call anyone, you have to email and a response can take days. Meanwhile customers are waiting for their payment and you have to field angry calls from them as you wait for Tango to respond. It doesn't seem worth it, might as well send out gift cards or do Paypal or something.

It's was really good to use this and I definitely recommend to use this at lest for once as it wouldn't disappoint you if your looking for safe and easy to manage Services.

It's really safe and secure. Every information that we share are secure and very action that takes place are transparent like we can easy track that exactly from where we are receiving the incentives .Moreover it provides really good customer care services you hardy have to wait a few minutes for any of their staff to attain your complain. You don't have to scroll a lot to complete the verifications and other necessary actions it can be done with few clicks.
Inconvénients
So far I have not encountered any major draw backs except for some minor ones like Prepaid debit cards are hard to redeem and limitations on some free Gift Cards.

Easy to Use, Effective Solution

Avantages
Very easy to use for both ordering/distribution and usage by the end user. Support is great whenever we have any questions.
Inconvénients
We have had no issues at all using Tango Card. We have distributed thousands of gift cards and have had zero issues.
