I generate greater loyalty from workers in my company thanks to tango card.
It has been an excellent option at a good price, this makes work more fun for the employees, they feel more committed and happy with the company, it creates the feeling of a family, it creates comfort and good business vibes, there is a lot of laughter and happiness in these awards for their monthly effort, we have best colleague or employee of the month programs that make everyone work harder, it also makes their girlfriends or their families feel more attached to the collaborator continuing to work with us.
Avantages
As a development team leader, since my title is Senior Software Development Engineer, I can use Tango Card to manage recognition and rewards programs for my team when appropriate. I recognize and reward the achievements and performance that each collaborator invests in the work and can, with some improvement with the rewards in gift, improve the morale and motivation of the team, which is crucial to maintain productivity and job satisfaction in an environment of high performance like Google.
Inconvénients
It is a bad option for making very large Gifts gifts since it does not allow us to give more than 800 USD repeatedly to a person in a single month, which prevents us from rewarding a user repeatedly with the same payment method in Gift.
We have received indications that Wallmart cards have coding problems.

Rewarding is simple and easy with Tango
Overall, I appreciate the simplicity of using the platform. Also, it's an easy and quick way to reward employees without having to mail physical gift cards, not to mention that the cost is much more affordable.

Overall, my experience is great. They just need a little improvement on customer services.
Avantages
I like how fast and easy you can claim your giftcards. You also have a choice on what gift cards you want and if you encounter problem you can browse on their site for some help.
Inconvénients
One thing i really don't like is that i don't get to talk to an actual person whenever i needed help. I can only talk with a bot and or they will contact me through email or call which may take time for an urgent problem.

Saving time and cost on market research

The gift card redemption automation system makes it worry-free and stress-free on my part, not thinking about the technical issues because they will handle everything for you. Satisfaction of the respondents to the fullest makes them participate over and over again.

Perfect solution for your rewards and recognition requirements
It has been a fabulous experience with Tango Card and unlike it's competitors where the rewards are limited to Amazon vouchers, Tango card offers a great deal of flexibility where it allows users to chose from multiple brands or stores. I have been using Tango card to reward my peers in the team as well.
Avantages
The best part of Tango Cards is that it is widely accepted in many countries and caters to rewards for multiple currencies depending on which part of the globe you are. One of the salient features of the Tango Cards is it gives flexibility to it's receivers to choose gifts or rewards from various options.
Inconvénients
One of the features where perhaps I would request Tango Card to enhance is to merge the balances of various cards into one card. This will enable users to have one tango card for all the rewards they have received.

Great gift card solution
They were great. The onboarding team was very responsive. Sorry responded quickly.
Avantages
It was easy to set up and configure. It runs very well. They have a great selection of cards. Everything works.
Inconvénients
The only thing I think could be improved are organizing the email templates when you are selecting them in Salesforce and am additional permission set for a quasi admin to be able to set up new templates. Both of these are easy to work around.

I am a user/ recipient of Tango E-Gift Card opportunities which are periodically given in my organization. The gift card is unlike other providers as it can be used anywhere for anything. The customer support is very fast and friendly.

On-Demand Digital Incentives
I really enjoy using Tango Card and have recommended it to several different programs and staff because of the ease of use, the number of available gift card options, and the lighting fast options to send the reward and download reports.
Avantages
Tango makes it easy to send incentives to our patients in minutes. Now my patients have a wider range of options for incentives. In the past they only had access to gift cards that I could purchase at local stores which really limited the options that I was able to provide.
Inconvénients
The platform could be improved to make it easier to understand. I had a hard time understanding how to send out my first couple of incentives, because I didn't understand what it meant to place an order.

Great for Employee Recognition
I think Tango is a great program to recognize employees and teams. It makes delivering employee incentives quick and easy for both parties. The person receiving the gift has a list of places to choose from, and it's sent via email making it convenient for everyone involved.

Tango Card company is the best!
The ability to have a reward recognition platform saves me time in not having to drive to stores to buy gift cards especially when you do not know which GC's recipients are interested in. Allowing recipients to choose one or more retailers is wonderful!
Avantages
Being able to provide faculty, staff, and students with a recognition and motivational reward system that all can have access to is a priority so everyone can feel connected even for those that work and attend school remotely!
Inconvénients
Integration to set up the the account with our complex university system was a little challenging but now that it is up and running, the software is very user friendly.

Tango is a great resource for Employee engagement
We needed a way to provide incentive to participate in some company activities to bring awareness to some new company resources. Tango provided a great customizable way to reward employees in a very remote work environment.
