Avantages
We love Tango as it easily allows us to reward and recognize success here at our Call Center. It also gives the employee the option of selecting from various venders which can truly impact someones life immediately.
Inconvénients
There could be more localized vendors per location but understandable that there is not.

My overall experience has been great. I've used Tango from multiple companies or people. The redemption process is quick and easy.
Avantages
I like it when many companies utilize Tango as an option to pay their users from gifts to payment for work. The emails sent out explains the easy steps in how to redeem your card. They also allow you to choose from multiple gift cards which makes the experience great. I've always received all communication quick and never had to use customer service for anything. I've been using Tango for over 4+ years and always enjoy using them.
Inconvénients
I get sent many tango cards from different companies. I struggled in how to figure out how to stack the amount all in one lump sum vs $5 here or $40 there/

Best portal for Employees Recognition
It is easiest to use can be more improved. UI can be more simplified for end user and admins

Easiest employees recognition and email functionality to individual email adresses.It has multiple options for ecards which our employees claimed.
Inconvénients
Some times the portal processes the the gift card but it gets stuck during processing and amount is deducted but no giftcard is sent on email.

What I enjoy most is the simplicity of it. Even my grandmother can use it.

The only con about using it is the uploading option which is really not a con. With everything else being so simple that option should be a little more customizable.

Easy to Use, Effective Solution
We wanted to provide broad appeal, easy to fulfill incentives for customers. We chose Tango Card 5 years ago and are going strong.
Avantages
Very easy to use for both ordering/distribution and usage by the end user. Support is great whenever we have any questions.
Inconvénients
We have had no issues at all using Tango Card. We have distributed thousands of gift cards and have had zero issues.

Great gift card solution
They were great. The onboarding team was very responsive. Sorry responded quickly.
Avantages
It was easy to set up and configure. It runs very well. They have a great selection of cards. Everything works.
Inconvénients
The only thing I think could be improved are organizing the email templates when you are selecting them in Salesforce and am additional permission set for a quasi admin to be able to set up new templates. Both of these are easy to work around.

Its wonderful
Im giving them as bonuses to people that help my business. The software is easy to use. You get to pick out from a wide arrangement of stores. They are great cards too give as incentives as well. Tango is a great program and I love hours they do business. I recommend tango.

Great for small rewards
I use Tango for small rewards for student workers. It's less embarrassing than cash, fun for them to receive by email, and offers a wide variety of giftcards. Nicely done!
Avantages
It's very easy to use, and allows recipients the ability to choose their own rewards from a wide selection, so I don't have to guess if they'd like Amazon, or Starbucks, for example.
Inconvénients
It can be a lengthy process for recipients to redeem; there are several codes that need to be entered to receive the rewards.

Tango Card is the best way to reward someone with something you know they will want!
Avantages
This company is awesome! It's a free service where you can send someone a gift card for a specified amount. The BEST part about this service is that the person receiving the gift card can pick from 100+ gift cards. No need to worry about buying someone a gift card they'll never use, because they get to pick it. You can also pick any monetary amount to put on the card. Everyone who my company has sent it to has loved it! From internal employee rewarding to customer referrals, this is the tool you want.
Inconvénients
One slight inconvenience of this tool is how you submit your order. You have to put the information in an excel spreadsheet and upload that spreadsheet to an online folder. I'd like to see Tango Card eventually have their own program where I can just log in, plug in the information, and my order is done. Rather than saving all these excel files and remembering where to upload them. But other than that, I can't complain! ALSO, I've had some of the recipients of the gift card think they didn't receive their gift card email, but it was actually in their junk/spam folders. Now I always tell people to check their junk/spam for their gift card email.

Inconvénients
Time it takes to receive the award can be delayed when upgrades to a system or platform . This is very disappointing and one time it took about a month to resolve

Using Tango cards with research participants
It has been a great experience working with Tango, they are super responsive, helpful, and professional. I have recommended this service to multiple people.
Avantages
It is so easy to use and very convenient for users to redeem the gift cards with more flexibility to redeem it wherever they want (since there are so many options for them to choose from). It is so easy for us to send the gift cards and keep track of our money in an effective and simple way.
Inconvénients
I wish we could text participants the link to redeem the Tango GC. It would help in cases where someone does not have an email address. I wish we could purchase physical gift cards in bulk that people could activate on their own (if they are not technologically savvy.

Overall my Experience with Tango Card has been more than satisfactory.
Avantages
Not much scrolling is required and hence the ease of access is imporved a lot.
It provides a simple on point experience to safe and secure means to make payments and track incentives.
Inconvénients
As of now there havent been many disadvantages to the Tango card.
Only restriction would be to use the gift card at limited places and options.

Preferred For Receiving Giftcards
I started using Tango Cards since 2020 when I got a few reward from a company up on till now I still use tango.
Tango makes it easy to receive reward as much as they can.There were times I had issues getting my claim code and when I reported to their customer service,they responded to me in less than 24hours and resolved the issue.I was really impressed

What I love about Tango Card is the speed at which the customer service responds to issues that I report to them.
Inconvénients
I recently started getting a 404 error whenever I am trying to get my claim code to redeem Giftcard. The customer service representative has been the one sending me the claim code recently. I hope they work on this so that I can get my claim code myself.

I like how easy it is to send out gift cards to customers.
Inconvénients
I do not like that I am not ccd on the emails to the customers to confirm the email with the gift card was sent or so that I can forward to the customer if they did not get the original. I do not like that once the money is sent out that we can not get it back as there are times were accidents happen or miscommunication and we actually provide customers too many rewards.

Ease of use makes it the best.
We are big on needing to get customer emails (a requirement from manufacturer) since more accounts and subscriptions of many kinds exist these days. Tango allows us to gather more emails from guests/customers when they know they also get something from the exchange.
Avantages
I like how easy it is to use. Companies new to offering rewards or using links to give rewards will not be too intimidated with this. We always want to offer a gift/reward to our customers that they actually appreciate and want to use. Gone are the days of excitement getting tumblers and branded hats. A simple link to even a $5-$10 gift card excites more. We get WAY more engagement and participation with Tango than we did with other reward options.
Inconvénients
Would love to see an option for Paypal. I see Paypal as a reward option for some other reward programs, and it is the best way for the recipient to really feel like they are getting cash since they can then deposit it into their bank account.

I love using Tango Cards, once I was having a trouble viewing my card but the tech support quickly resolved the issue for me.
Avantages
The ease of use. I really liked how I could quickly encash my rewards into a Mastercard. This card works at all online shopping platforms like Amazon, AliExpress. Now I can actually buy items off my wishlist with my rewards. I am really happy with Tango :)
Inconvénients
Nothing, it is very easy to use and helps you encash the rewards anywhere you would like to. If you would like a physical card, you can get it at a nominal cost

Top notch reward management system
Overall, I love using Tango Card because it manages and documents my rewards well and they have no expiration once claimed.
Avantages
I get to easily claim my rewards from platforms like Capterra to Tango Card. The mastercard option makes it easy for me to spend my gift card on shopping. And I like the fact that my rewards or gift cards have no expiration on Tango.
Inconvénients
I have nothing against Tango Card but I wish there were more options available to claim rewards. Currently, I can only claim my rewards into a virtual prepaid mastercard which has its own limitations in a developing country as mine. It would be nice if I can also bulk all my claimed rewards into a single card as compared to having different card for each claimed reward.

Avantages
Able to quickly send rewards, either through bulk spreadsheet order or a few one off gift cards, total process takes around 5 mins. Easily able to resend gift cards to donors with tech issues, which is 90% of our 'customers'.
Inconvénients
Some of the features are in a strange place to me, having the option to edit reward templates in the top right where user settings etc typically go is a strange choice to me. It doesn't really impact how I use the software though.

It has been awesome as it has enabled real-time. employee recognition and hence improved team happiness and motivation levels.

I like that it provides a variety of gift options.

Inconvénients
1. There is always a challenge in rewarding employees in growing economies and especially in Africa with Tango Card as its variety is not so helpful to them.

Inconvénients
There was nothing I did not like. I believe there might be a small lag time to get the gift card but it's not a huge deal.

The experience has been phenomenal.
Avantages
I am a user/ recipient of Tango E-Gift Card opportunities which are periodically given in my organization. The gift card is unlike other providers as it can be used anywhere for anything. The customer support is very fast and friendly.
Inconvénients
There are some providers who dont accept the card but its rare.

Tango is beautiful
We give out lots of gift cards at work. This has become an easy way to not constantly go from store to store to get enough gift cards. It's also nice sending cards electronically to those that aren't at the office. And on top of that, it just looks aesthetically pleasing.
Avantages
It is so easy to use. It looks nice and people don't get confused when getting a gift card. Being able to do bulk gift cards is one of my favorite features.
Inconvénients
We had issues with integrating it with salesforce. The customer service was a little difficult to work with when we had that issue.

Easy Collecting Incentives
They offer great incentive exchange program. It's something I can use, such as Amazon gift card or Visa prepaid card. Even more, I can make a charity donation with my incentive for worthy cause.
Avantages
The thing I like the most about Tango Card software is that it lets me to consolidate several incentives into one, so that way I don't have to juggle several links to figure out what is claimed and what is not. Also it lets you to look at the past history of your incentive, so you can track down your record; this is great so that way I don't dare to do any duplicate work.
Inconvénients
The send out separate email for the claimed gift card. The system is little bit confusing because you can't access your gift card on the Tango platform and the gift card code is only accessible through the link included in that email. Not that I am complaining, but sometimes I have to look closely into my inbox to catch the right email.

A Great and Hassle free System to Transfer Money
Its a good and a hassle free method to transfer money and gift others, but the service have to be improved. Like the portals and active support.
Avantages
Its hassle free for any customer to use this card since it actually work like a visa card, with all its details provided to you. If you want to purchase something then just put the details and you can spend money, same as that you would do with your physical visa card. Its very fast, you can have it. If you want to gift someone some money and that person dont have a bank account then this would be a very good choice for you to gift digitally and its very simple.
Inconvénients
The prepaid cards are hard to en-cash, and these cards are also not valid in some sites for purchasing. And last time when i got a visa gift card i did buy some materials from aliexpress they accepted it. but after that the card was not supported anywhere and failed to buy in-spite of having around 7$ in my account.

Tango Card has been the best way we've discovered to distribute gift cards for incentives and giveaways, by far.

Implementation could have been more simple, and I believe that is the only major complaint I have with the service.

Recipients get to choose how they want to spend their reward value by selecting e-gift cards which will be delivered thru email.
Inconvénients
There are times that I couldn't use the gift card in one instance. I had to re-do the process before the system authenticates the information provided.

Redeeming rewards and gift cards is easy and very convenient. Reward links are automatically sent to the registered emails and is very straightforward to apply to the chosen store.
Inconvénients
The reward links cannot be combined. Since the stores have a fixed price for redemption, the excess amount which did not meet the minimum will be wasted.

I really enjoy using Tango Card and have recommended it to several different programs and staff because of the ease of use, the number of available gift card options, and the lighting fast options to send the reward and download reports.
Avantages
Tango makes it easy to send incentives to our patients in minutes. Now my patients have a wider range of options for incentives. In the past they only had access to gift cards that I could purchase at local stores which really limited the options that I was able to provide.
Inconvénients
The platform could be improved to make it easier to understand. I had a hard time understanding how to send out my first couple of incentives, because I didn't understand what it meant to place an order.

Easy and free to use
Avantages
I love the broad availability of diverse rewards for my research participants. They can easily divide up their payment into any amount and distribute it across multiple digital gift cards as they see fit.
Inconvénients
The only complaint I've ever received from participants is that it's not cash. But with the diverse options available, anywhere they would possibly want to spend the $$ can be found as a reward option. I've only had 2 participants out of hundreds ever complain about this limitation.
