I use this software to send and redeem rewards. The process is easy and you get to choose your own gift card rather than having a rewards system give you limited offers. You can choose from several gift card options to go shopping at your favorite store, and clients tend to prefer this system over getting a predetermined gift card to a place they aren't even interested in.

Inconvénients

I love this software. You can choose your own gift card and shop where you like. What is not to like about this software?

The best features are: 1) you can send the redemption card electronically and 2) the recipient can choose from many stores.

Tango Card offers an extremely large selection of egift cards that you can redeem for. As well as a wide variety of denominations to choose from. The redemption is very easy and quick.

the minimum denominator of a reward they have is 25 rs, so anything which is in less denominator gets waisted or you need to connect the customer care to claim it collectively with other voucher link, also it didn't maintain the same record for same user

As an user of tango card I must say this is the most trusted gift card sending and receiving software one can afford also with a great variety of popular platform options to redeem the gift cards with which indirectly helps in assuring that the Tango card is used for the best of its capability.

Tango should add some other ways of redeeming cards like Googlepay or paytm as it helps to direct use of it.

It's functional and very secure in managing your gift card(s). Customer service is likewise helpful but can still improve.

They automatically changed the cards setting wherein they require verification code to be sent to you everytime you will check account details/balance and often ending delays and not working.

It's easy software to provide incentives to both employees and customers alike. It can really drive engagement in campaigns. There's sufficient flexibility with partners how the incentive can be spent.

The biggest complaint I've heard from participants in the programmes was that the cards cannot be combined. I.e. when a reward is given of say $10 and then at a later stage another reward of $20 is awarded then the total of $30 can't be combined together. This is problematic because many partners have gift cards for certain amounts. For example, if the the partner only has a gift card of $30 then the two rewards can't be combined to buy that gift card. I've found that some participants were really disappointed by this limitation.

4. You can easily check the balance in the card with the help of a secured way of otp.

I have not come across any problem using this card and would suggest every employer to reward with a tango card.

I really dislike that there isn't a free option to add money to the account via credit card. Having a find a check and mail it is an unnecessary hassle and I can see this being a hindrance for many.

It provides a lot of different options to redeem your coupon which is nice. I personally choose the MasterCard because it gives flexibility in spending the money.

It provides an international option which is the MasterCard but the currency being USD it's hard to use if there was a way to get amazon voucher from a particular country it will be great.

We deployed gift cards through tango cards and it was easy because the customers could decide what they wanted.

Something happened and the redemption email was locked and set to a workers email who ordered the cards so that was an issue.

The product was shockingly easy to use. I expected a much bigger hassle than what I actually encountered. Choosing the gift card and amount is simple, delivery takes less than ten seconds. There are no points or fees to sort out. Several layers of security to prevent theft.

I have been using tango's E-gift card management software whenever I receive my rewards. I never faced any ambiguity. Its super secure and easy to go through the steps of reward redemption. The security feature for me is at top because rewards can never be misdelivered and remain secure if they are not redeemed.

The only general thing I complain about these gift cards is that they don't allow me to shop on aliexpress using these cards. Otherwise its perfect.
