This software will make your company lose money

I will not recommend using this product if your intention is to manage a successful event. After our losses, we reached out to Idloom to try to reach an understanding and to get a partial refund for the time we had not used and they stopped replying to our emails. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Avantages

The software worked well for free events or simple, smaller events.

Inconvénients

1. The software is not at all user friendly - Clients had difficulty registering
2. There were so many bugs - Payments, attendee management, ticketing
3. Website is not easily customizable
4. Badges are not easily customizable
