Stripe payment account creation was perfect for us. Helped us get organized and financials can be easily exported for YTD and Year End reporting, etc. The few times I have needed support, the team has been responsive in an appropriate amount of time based on the issue at hand. Overall, I am very satisfied with Lodgify. > > **Inconvénients**: The only constant in hospitality is change. I wish Lodgify would have a pivot or sleep function. We sold and closed our hospitality business in one city, and began construction of a new business and properties elsewhere. We still needed a website (pre-opening marketing, email marketing capture, announcements, blog posts etc). But we wouldn't be generating revenue for a decent amount of time. The only other issue (this was a few years ago) was that Booking.com was sooo confusing to use and didn't sync properly or well at the time, which created several issues with financials and double bookings. We are looking forward to getting back to revenue to see if this has changed. > > Overall, its reduced time, reduced redundant and complicated tasks and puts everything within view.
