Don't
This has been the most frustrating (and expensive) software that anyone could purchase. (And I have used more than the average person). It doesn't seem to automatically do anything, causing several issues. It has issues, where you can even email to the addresses listed as a group. To type the email, and system issues, causing a 2 min email to take an hour. Someone emailed to me twice and went to spam causing me to be blocked. I can go on and on. It should be free!
Avantages
Nothing -This has been the most frustrating (and expensive) software that anyone could purchase
Inconvénients
Every area has issues. Maybe the pay online works ok.

Point Person Review
I am the point person at our church for all things Realm (aka Administrator). I've been using the program for a while and have enjoyed how user friendly it is. The support folks are sharp and quick to respond to our needs... especially during our transition to this program! They were great!
Avantages
Ease of use; we don't need to worry about "what happens if a computer goes down?"; great support staff; pre-defined reports; dashboard; Data base and finances are linked in same system; great easy to understand on-line search/help.
Inconvénients
I'm still working on figuring out/getting used to how to run custom reports. I know the information is in there... I just need to make it into a lovely, easy to read, report. When they added more pre-defined reports, I was delighted.

Review of Realm By Roger
It was a good program, software upgrades have improved it Also the upgrades are explained really good

the ease of setting up profiles and changing them

There are a lot of words I don't understand( Note I am a senior citizen)

We are learning to develop systems that reflect Realms functionality
Pastoring people and not just numbers on a spread sheet is made possible through Realm. We are identifying people that were falling between the cracks and starting to implement procedures to help stop it from happening.
Avantages
We love the profiles and the way that there is a holistic approach to collecting data and using it for practical ministry.
Inconvénients
We have run into issues with our check-in and marking attendance. This can be very embarrassing when checking in childrens ministries.

New to this Software
Avantages
My church started using this software to keep track of our donations. I signed up without any problems and is very user friendly.
Inconvénients
Since we have have just started using this, I haven't experienced any issues with it.

So far so good!
Still trying to learn it. I will let you know when I have learned a little more about this product. Right now, I know very little and am trying to find time to learn more. So far the customer service has been helpful.
