Schade! Fragetypen falsch dargestellt
Schade, eigentlich eine wunderbare Sache, leicht zu bedienen, tolle Auswertungen. Im Zuge eines Upgrades wurde eine Frageart verändert und nun ist das semantische Differential mit Negativ & Positiv-Zahlen versehen - das widerspricht leider dem Sinn & Zweck dieser Fragestellung. Nach mehrmaligen Bitten beim Support Team wurde nichts gemacht, nicht eskaliert und kein Kompromiss gefunden. Technisch sollte es einfach sein, die negativ Zahlen wieder in Positiv Zahlen (wie in der Vorgängerversion) umzuändern. Wir werden das tool jetzt für diese Umfrage verwenden, aber sind auf der Suche nach anderen, die Fragetypen korrekt darstellen und besseren Kundensupport haben.

Auswertungsmöglichkeiten, Einfachheit in der Bedienung
Inconvénients
Kundensupport! Eskaliert nicht, arbeitet nicht Lösungsorientert.

Easy and low cost for students
Very useful tool especially for students who doesnt want to spend much time on questionnaire and a lot of money on it. Very appreciate Survio. I did a lot of works during my school thanks to Survio cause interpretation goes easy with it. A lot of questions option in basic

Prices of packages . Personal package doesnt have something more than basic package

The pricing list should include VAT and not surpise you when you´re about to pay.

Free trial is easy to use but I mis the possibility to analyse the data.

Use of the tool
With the help of survio, I conduct a questionnaire survey for my bachelor's thesis.
Avantages
It is very intuitive and also easy to use.
Inconvénients
There is no preview of exports to Excel, which can only be obtained after paying for premium services.

Short experience, but it´s a handy software.
Avantages
This software after short experience id user-friendly and have a nice user interface, more I don´t know yet, because of short experience.
Inconvénients
I´m using free version, but I need some funcionality from payed version, so I can evaluate this after using this version. But to get students discount I have to at first fill in this form.

Perfect for make questionnaires.

It was super easy to create the survey and forward it.
Inconvénients
You have to pay for an upgrade, if you don't do this you couldn't download your answears.
