Avantages

Quick to learn, easy to get an overview, lots of options for adding discounts. Works for in person and online events really well. Customer service is really good and almost always available in no time.

Inconvénients

The broadcast feature is very limited in control of the way the emails look. Visually it's hard to make a professional looking email. Or maybe I need to become better with HTML. Some good templates would be amazing. Although this doesn't stop me using your software, because everything else is so good!

Also, please add a feature where I can have JUST a booking page. Not the sales page. I have to dig about in the embed code to find the URL. It'd be nice to just have a button that says copy URL for booking page. I can then send people straight there from my website.

And, for larger events, it would be amazing if you could offer monthly payments for larger courses instead of a single large payment - if that's possible.

Price. Pay as you go option. Responsive help desk.

Tricky sometimes to embed graphics or videos.
Formatting of paragraph spacing sometimes too very challenging.
Often have had an event that has big spaces in the copy that are only just good enough. I seem to have no space or a huge one. Not ideal.

Avantages

For the cost, it does almost everything I need. I run multiple events at a time and the configuration across the events is great. Great integration into my website. Extremely easy to use.

Inconvénients

1. Need more email and customer outreach tools in the software.
2. Would like to sell additional add ons with pictures and options (not really deep on functionality at this time).
3. Reporting is super weak!

Avantages

Straightforward & 'clean'. They keep introducing new features based on listening to users. Customer support is second to none. Having control over how to take payments. Super-reasonable pricing.

Inconvénients

A few more specific features would be great although I see the potential for them to be introduced as they grow. That's honestly the worst thing, I'm a big fan!

Easy to use compared to other softwares. Cheaper fees. Don't have to wait until after the event to be paid!

Almost all the features of industry-leader Eventbrite but about half the price

Inconvénients

If you use Stripe for payments (which is the cheapest option), all events have to pay out to one bank account, which can be annoying if you run multiple events with different people. Also it doesn't have a mailing list like Eventbrite to promote your events, but otherwise very good.

Avantages

I love the flexibility to be able to update an event from year to year with ease. I especially love the low-cost flat monthly rate for nonprofits. I love the prompt responsive chat support whenever I have questions.

I struggled a little in sending out an email with event instructions to everyone who signed up for my event - both those who originally registered and also someone who then joined from my waiting list.

It's ease of use and links that work when embedding into our website. It's been a reliable source of ticketing for years now!

The odd time something didn't work, i.e. mandatory gathering of information on the order form. Even though there was a little red star, unclicking it didn't work for a while. I believe it's fixed now after contacting customer service.

I was selling raffle tickets for my event which pushed me well over my plan price and into a new payment category. It would be great to have a way to circumvent something like this, but I'm not really complaining.
