Ticket tailer heeft verborgen kosten
Ik vond dit een erg vervelende aangelegenheid, aangezien ik dan beter bij een van de grotere providers mijn tickets had kunnen laten verkopen.
Avantages
Ik vind het ontwerp van de publieke ticketverkoop pagina goed.
Inconvénients
Ik heb een aantal tickets verkocht via Ticket Tailer. 32 om precies te zijn, volgens mijn berekeningen zou hier 19,2 euro aan fees vanaf gaan (0,60 per ticket). Dit is uiteindelijk ruim 40 euro geworden, omdat er niet goed werd gewezen op kosten van de betaalsystemen, zowel niet binnen Ticket Tailer als op de betaalpartner.

Excellent Price
Overall, for the price it does the function necessary for a lower price that other platforms. If the platform was a little easier to use and easier for customers to find this would be helpful.
Avantages
As a small business owner, I love the low ticket fees and functionality of being able to sell a ticket online. I've used this software for lots of events.
Inconvénients
The ease of use and look of the software is not as nice as their competitors. Ticket tailor does not easily allow customers to find tickets without a direct link. Other platforms allow customers to easily find tickets when searching online.

Good features, need better summaries
Much better than Eventbrite.
Avantages
I like the immediacy of it and the fact that it easily links up to Stripe for fast payments.
Inconvénients
I always need to do print screens of the events I've held and the total amounts made for my accountants, because there's no feature to have a summary of the income for each product. I've asked the question but Ticket Tailor has referred me to Stripe, however Stripe don't show you what you've made per product, only money coming in. So it's a bit of an annoying vicious circle.
