Easy to setup. Great Integrations. Clean Interface

We were about to go live using SquareSpace to sell tickets to keep the setup easy. Boy am I glad we changed to Ticket Tailor. The easy of selling both tickets and collecting donations on TT has around made the setup worth it. And the checkin app will make the event day so much easier than using an XLS file! Thank you TT team

Avantages

We were up and running in less than 30 minutes. This includes adding a new event, integrating it with our Stripe account, integrating it with our MailChimp account and integrating it with our existing website on SquareSpace.

I was HIGHLY skeptical that our users would purchase tickets AND make a donation for our fundraising event. Boy was I WRONG. Ticket Tailor's user interface really helps make it so easy for our users to do both. Thank you!

Inconvénients

Small request - I would love a report (or maybe on the dashboard) that shows ticket sales $ and donations $ separately.

Decent product

Avantages

Easy Transition

Very positive! The events are easy to create, you receive the ticket sales straight away and there are much more reasonable booking fees for our audience.

Much lower booking fees and veryeasy to use!

An outstanding experience with a value driven business

My experience with Ticket Tailor was truly invaluable, encompassing exceptional support during the setup of my inaugural event, coupled with an intuitive user experience. Furthermore, I deeply appreciate the commendable values they embody as a business, from their dedication to social impact to their prioritisation of environmental sustainability. the ease of use, simple to follow for someone non technical, the support team, the number of attendees being able to register for a free event without cost

Inconvénients

Managing the link to zoom wasn't easy but I found a work around.

First time users for a school Winter Fair event

Really pleased, customer service has been impeccable, I had a few questions when setting up the page and the webchat was always quick and easy to use, with helpful advice from a real person, not a robot! And all the users reported how quick and easy it was - we're thrilled to have started online ticket sales for our school events and won't be going back!

Avantages

It was so easy to adjust settings behind the scenes, the people purchasing found the process very simple and easy to use and the notifications were really helpful via email. We used the data of types of tickets sold and money raised to help us calculate how many people coming etc.

Inconvénients

Nothing bad to report from using it for this event!

Outstanding Ticketing Service

Avantages

Ticket Tailor is a wonderful ticketing solution for my online and in person events. The pricing is great, but even more is that the customer experinece is excelleng. My clients have remarked at how easy it is to use and work with - from reviewing events to purchase. I love that and so do they.

Inconvénients

The WordPress widget is not great and does not have any way to customize or make more user friendly. If this were resolved they would be a 10/10.

Excellent platform

Ticket Tailor is an excellent platform for event organizers. It's user-friendly, offers flexible pricing, and makes it easy to sell and manage tickets. I love the smooth experience for both event hosts and attendees. Plus, the customer service is top-notch!

One downside of Ticket Tailor could be the limited customization options for the ticketing pages. While it's user-friendly, more design flexibility would be great for branding. Also, the reporting tools, though useful, could be more detailed for deeper event insights

Fantastic resource

Ticket Tailor solved a difficult problem and did it easily

Absolutely outstanding solve a problem, which we have been trying to solve for several years and did it easily and quickly

There is nothing I dislike about TT. It works splendidly does what it supposed to do has caused us no difficulties whatsoever in implementation and use.

Good Service For Smaller Events

New user couldn't be more impressed

I am a new recruit to Ticket Tailor but, so far, I couldn’t be more impressed. They will save us an estimated $2,000 per production compared to our previous service. You can set your tickets up to accept a donation on top of the ticket fee to bring in more revenue. With our previous service, moving a ticket from one performance to another was complicated and frustrating. With Ticket Tailor, a few clicks and the ticket is moved and the buyer is notified. To add ticket buyers to MailChimp, we had to run a report, export it to Excel, and import it to MailChimp. I’m using a Zap on Ticket Tailor that automatically and immediately adds the buyer to a MailChimp audience each time a ticket is sold. Very easy to set up right on the Ticket Tailor site. And Customer Support!!! Unlike virtually every other company support in the world, you can pull a Ticket Tailor agent into chat in under FIVE MINUTES! If that wasn’t enough, they understand the question… AND have an intelligent answer. I have yet to have an agent tell me to hold on for “a couple minutes” while they search their manual or ask someone else. And they’re available 24x7! This service is a fantasy come true.

The Best Experience with Ticket Tailor--thank you for your wonderful customer service

It was the best experience. In fact, I have many future events, and I will keep using them every time and recommend them to others.

Avantages

It is so user-friendly, and their customer support is great. They respond to you right away at any hour if you have any questions. That is extremely helpful when I needed a response right away. And it was so easy to create the event and print the box office reports.

Inconvénients

I found it time-consuming to navigate how to find a way to receive payment from ticket sales. And wanted to see if they could expand using more services like Venmo or PayPal for one to receive payment.

Christmas party fundraiser

Generally good for everything we needed it for however I spent £48 on credits to get started so should have priced the tickets £1 more to cover costs but was too late as I had already told people prices. Feel that fund raising events should be free tickets or just part of the fee as I had to but credits and also customers pay fee too.

I can't find where to add a Zoom Meeting ID and Passcode. This is essential for those that use Zoom in a browser and don't have a Zoom account.

Easy to use and great advanced features

Overall I am loving ticket tailor. The service is so easy to use and when I had to contact customer service to inquire about sending emails, they responded quickly and were lovely to interact with and solved my problem quickly.

Avantages

It's so easy to use and I love the added "advanced" ticket features.

Inconvénients

I had to put in my credit card to be able to send reminder emails to my ticket holders.

10/1 would recommend - especially for new events!

simple and quick to set up and prices are great, especially for new events. love that its connected to Stripe, because that's a payment processor we know, trust and love already.

Positive and patrons have found it easy to book.

I like how personalised I can make my event page and there's no min/max guests for events and a need to commit to more than one event at a time.

Inconvénients

Some of the navigation on the home page is unclear - but I think I need to get to know the platform better.
