Tasks and folders
Quite experienced, I use it daily and am also an administrator.
Avantages
The structure of projects with task and the possibility to add documents to a task.
Inconvénients
It is not possible to hide the folders we create ourselfs. This means there are currently a lot of folders visible in our streams. Removing the old ones is not an option due to the audit trail.

Excellent platform to improve compliance processes
With Libryo we could get the applicable legal requirements for the sites and create automatically the tasks we need to perform to be in compliance,
Avantages
I like the way i can find the applicable requirements and the way i can FUP the progress in the compliance,
I think the platform has a lot of benefits that the companies can use to improve the compliance processes
Inconvénients
At this moment i don´t have any comment for this space

Site makes it easy to find any information related to any subject legislation
Avantages
Currently the site allows me to have a view of all related legislation for all our manufacturing divisions.

Easy to use Legal Register
This is the best Legal Register I have worked with
Avantages
I Love the live chat option and that there are always someone that can assist in real time when you have a problem. I also like the legal guidance if there are questions raised that I am unsure off. They always come back with an answer for me to explain the issue.
Inconvénients
I previously had an issue with the searching option, but that has been fixed.

User friendly library
Very helpful to prompt legal changes required in my company.
There are many other features we are looking in to support our management systems for compliance, like linking our risk assessments into the platform.

Legal updates, audit modules and Compliance folders where certificates can be filed. most importantly the reminder function for all actions.

Avantages
Easy to navigate. Automatic update of the legal register. Cost efficient.
Inconvénients
Its a challenge to get copies of annexture forms. In essence I cannot download the form only without thought downloading the entire Act/legislation

I’ve had a good experience with Libryo. It’s easy to use and gives customized regulatory info, which helps with compliance. The real-time updates are great for staying informed. However, it can be pricey for smaller companies, and new users might need some time to get used to it. Overall, it’s a solid tool for managing compliance

Inconvénients
So far I have not encounter issues. I have heard that for some organizations its a cost factor which is not the same for me as these costs are covered by the company.
