One of our licenses will not work correctly on one of our Windows 10 machines (i.e. the bosses computer) and there's simply no way to get assistance from the company.
It can't open some pdf files (says they're corrupted - but they're not since Adobe Acrobat Reader can open them). Which means I can't edit those pdf files.

I like how easy it is to search through pages and add pages to a document. Also searching text through a document .

Inconvénients

I wish the signature function was more clear and bold when inserting it as an image. The digital signature i never was able to figure out easily and have it work for me so that is why I use the 'Insert Image' functionality tool. I also really wish the highlighting tool was better in a sense to where I could highlight the free text box that I create. It really will only let me highlight text that already exists on the document that I am able to 'Edit'. Also, if a document has a line-by-line format I wish the selection box went line by line but it formats the edit box to 4 lines or so, so sometimes I have to cut one line of a text and add a text box with that text wherever I am wanting it to go. Kind of annoying.

Wish I could have more than 1 color to highlight text within a document.

The best feature I like about this product is the PDF editing feature provided by the software. The merging function provided by the software is also a very use full tool i use in my daily work life schedule. It is really help to combine "n" number of documents and make it one file. Another feature i like about the product is the Digital signature, very helpful in signing the contracts of Engineering documents received from client or contractor end.

Inconvénients

I feel that the software is up-to the mark and got any kind of bugs so far.

This is a good program for those that want functionality but not a huge full blown program like Adobe. I can type text in documents sent to me such as lien waivers and I can split files down into individual pages. It just works for me and isn't too complicated

I use both Adobe and Nitro and by far, prefer Nitro. It is so easy to use and is far less costly than Adobe. I find that editing is far easier in Nitro than Adobe.

The cost. As I didn't pay for it myself. Our company was limited how many could have it. I had to wait till someone moved up or was fired before I COULD GET AHOLD OF IT.

I used this software when our company decided to reduce the number of licenses with Adobe. Being a low-cost one-time fee, this was a natural transition software to use. While it has very similar features and functionality to Adobe, it took me awhile to search through forums on how to use them including simple functions like creating fillable forms. Overall, good software if you don't want the expensive fees from Adobe

As mentioned above, I found it clunky to maneuver around this software. Everything has to be searched and determined by trial-and-error.

The only good comment I can think of is the cost of the software. In comparison to other pdf readers and writers, it is fairly inexpensive. You are able to open files, view them, and zoom in, and make remedial highlights and notes.

It is extremely difficult to make any kind of measurements. Unable to organize notes and categories of areas or lines. It is not good to do any takeoffs or measurements. In comparison to other pdf software, this is the worst one I have used.

Nitro Pro is easy to use and runs well on all Windows platforms. It is a great program for simple pdf revisions, combining files and conversion.

Editing pdfs is not very easy. The Add Tools feature works fine, but you have to add tools every time you start the software. It does not save the new toolbar. It does create forms easily and signature platforms are minimal.
