Avantages

I like the ease of creating new tasks and organizing each task in different categories. I also like the notifications that are sent each time a task is modified and/or a comment is entered.

Inconvénients

There are a few little glitchy things I don't care for. First of all, you cannot simply cut and paste images into the description or comments in a task. It becomes a bit tedious to have to save a screenshot, and then upload it each time. Also, when entering comments as a reply, if you try to use the built in spell check, the comment is erased. This also happens if you go to a different window to look at something and come back. Anything you type in is erased. I also wish there was a setting that would sync the order of the Board view for all Users. We wanted to use this to prioritize tasks very specifically, but each User sees there own board.

Avantages

The ability to pick up nTask and get straight to assigning tasks and projects is pretty remarkable. Within the first day, my team was able to get the software set up and usable for each team member. After a few months of using the software, we were also able to get stats/data from each project allowing us to better quote future projects.

Inconvénients

One feature I was surprised not to see was an actual timer feature. Since I deal with many small tasks throughout my work day, I use a timer to better track each task. A timer that integrates with logging time to my timesheet seems like a very standard feature with most project management softwares.

The application is very intuitive and automates tasks when related to projects or other items.

I ogged in and all my content had disappeared. I submitted a help desk ticket for support and never got a response.

nTask has a project management features such as project planning, Gantt charts, and milestone tracking. It helps me to plan and execute complex projects with ease.

It may take some time for new user to familiarize with the platform and its features.

This is easy to use tool with a very intuitive design that allows you to very quickly find your way around. From all the standard features I particularly liked the risk management feature -- risk matrix -- something that oftentimes gets neglected.

I understand that they are still developing so I would encourage them to work a little bit more on customization.

The Project Overview window manages to be concise without being overbearing .Following the overall process is easy ,changes are updated instantly and you can also reach out to other nTask members easily .You can also integrate it with Outlook ,making sending out reminders really simple.

nTask has it's own vernacular about their features and when you start out it takes long to learn which means what . I can also see how it could be an issue for large teams to incorporate everything they need in the same place on nTask . Our team is fortunately not that large and we manage .

I liked the flexibility and many options for setting up and tracking tasks. Really like the option for the GANTT chart and linking tasks

Inconvénients

The different views are not well connected. Milestones on the gant chart are nonexistent on the other visuals. Would be good to have the option to turn off some of the views or consolidate some of the functions. I mostly wanted to setup a high level GANTT chart but it's a little bit hidden and disconnected from the other options. Would be good to be able to see the projects in relation to each other on the gant chart. Linking the tasks is a bit clumsy and doesn't show up anywhere in the task details. Would be good to have the option to have the start/end dates set independently from the linking function. Default view of the gant chart would be nice to be the highest level with all the subtasks folded in. With many tasks on the Gantt chart view it becomes tedious to scroll. Would love to have a desktop app rather than having to login over and over. Slack integration also desired.

Avantages

The ease of collaboration and the ability to upload documents is great way to share information and artifacts.

Inconvénients

It would be nice to be able to replace uploaded documents with a single click instead of deleting the old document and uploading the next rendition. So maybe integration that ties to document history

I like the way how they personalized everything that depends on their user

What I like least about this software maybe is the interface of the software. For me the nTask can develop it more.

nTask is easy to set up, easy to understand and perfect for setting up checklists and to-dos across teams. It only take a couple of minutes to create a task.

Inconvénients

I don't like that the calendar view starts on Monday and I am unable to configure to start on Sunday.
It would also be nice if you could configure colors for each task in calendar view based on project type.

Avantages

It is easy to use and visually attractive. Also, I can start a chat with customer support any time I need it (the time of response is low).

Inconvénients

Even when you pay, you cannot use all the tools.

Avantages

It is a great application for people who have difficulties in tracking their work and are lost in intensity. Indeed, I researched a lot of to-do list programs and tried about 15. none of them provide regular and easy tracking like ntask. You can see all the jobs on the calendar and add comments and attachments. You can group and standardize projects and tasks. It is also suitable for use as a team, but I use it alone. The interface is very clean and user friendly.

Inconvénients

There is an application for ios and android, but it works from the browser on the pc. I think a standalone pc app would be great too.

I like that you can deep dive on your tasks, track parts of projects and also track your time spent on particular projects.

It took a little to get used to the functionality when we upgraded, but the customer service agents are very helpful and there to answer any questions.

I really liked nTask. The interface, the ease of use, the fact that it helped track time and work collaboratively.

Inconvénients

A few weeks into using the software, I started having minor problems (like one of my team members could not see the tasks she was invited to). Customer support was so so. But then, one day after about 3 months of use more or less, and many hours spent populating my workspaces in the the software, all my information disappeared. All of it. I immediately reached out to customer support, and 20 days after the fact and some unhelpful communications with support staff that stopped (on their behalf) 11 days ago, my information is still missing.

Features that are most impactful is the ability to track progress on tracks as well as for project management and the creation of goals and subgoals, if I wanted to. Also, it is low cost and has got most required options for tracking these things.

no Kanban option in the free version which other software options do offer. Configuration of settings require bit of interpretation and are quite detailed.

I like that it is accessible - I can have all employees logged on their own account and can get information across to everyone.

Disliked that it was a little difficult to use - if meetings arent posted they are not easy to read but they cant be edited after posted.

I'm very much a plug and play kind of person. When I use a software, I don't have a lot of time to sit down and watch videos on how to use it. If I can't figure it out quickly, then I don't use it. This software was very easy to figure out.

As an administrator, I had some initial complication assigning tasks to my team. There was more set up involved and it took me some time to figure out.

nTask makes it very easy to stay on top of projects we're working on and keeping key stakeholders actively engaged. Very user friendly with easy customization for business need.
