Overall very satifisying, all in one software and a cloud based software which provides lots of advantages, fault tolerance and less responsibilty for system administrators. since the upgrade from odysse to wello, i noticed a lot of backgroud improvements like no more downtimes and better communication
Avantages
friendly user interface and no lacking of system at all very fluent and responsive. also the web interface provide quite lots of advantages compared to an application itself
Inconvénients
lack of traning and certifications can be a good way to perfectionate the system and provide confidence to the users
