What a GREAT delivery system
Avantages
It capabilities to multi location and draw delivery areas are great. They offer lots a possibilities when setting up promotions and discounts. It is a no brainer if you are looking to set up a delivery system for your business
Inconvénients
Would be great if they could offer more 3rd party integrations such as online payment systems.

Good software, deceptive practices for partners
Good service, terrible treatment of the affiliates.
Avantages
The software is good enough for the purpose. We've subscribed in their partner program and promoted their service and add-ons to a few restaurants, hoping to help our clients and hopefully generate some revenue.
Inconvénients
We never got paid regarding our commissions. They used excuses regarding our Paypal account not being able to receive their payments. We gave then another one, same excuse. When we forwarded communications from Paypal assuring us and them that there was no such issue, we were ghosted. My suggestion is to use the software, but always charge the customer and pay directly for the service, do not expect or trust affiliate commissions from them, you run the likely risk of not being paid.

Excelent software for restaurants
This software is helping my clients to grow in their business using an excellent SAS solution to where we drive traffic from sponsored digital marketing campaigns. Our restaurant acceleration program provides predictability for our customers' businesses, sales at the limit of their service capacity and agile processing of customer orders through a marketing and sales system that uses the maximum potential of the internet as its main channel.
Avantages
It's very well optimized, easy to implement and provides an excellent experience for my client's customers
Inconvénients
No big difficulties until now. One of my clients needed a new feature that we suggested and Gloria Food's team implemented in a short period of time.

Excellent customer service
Gloria Food is helping small businesses around the suffered hospitality industry by offering excellent solutions for them to go online and continue making revenue, especially during this pandemic.
Avantages
I have the best experience with the customer support team from Gloria Food. They are always on top of my issues and their response is very quick.
Inconvénients
SOme features are still missing but the company is working on them as we speak. Hope to see them soon.

The amount of features. And How essential it is right now for the restaurant bussiness.
Inconvénients
Its not possible to connect with a wordpress to make a directory of all your restaurants in gloria food.

A very good product
Avantages
The handling is very intuitive.
The support is fast and helpful.

Multilingualism - All texts, not only system texts, should be available in several languages.

Excellent.
Avantages
Intuitive. Easy navigations. I really like the default verbiage for the website build.
Inconvénients
None so far. Very robust system so lots to learn but its easy to pick up.
