Allocations in a very transparent version
I’m very satisfied with Primetric and all its features. They are perfectly well organized and intuitive, so working with the tool is not time consuming, it is simply pleasant. I would recommend the tool to anyone from the IT industry.
Avantages
As a developer, I need to constantly keep track of all the projects I’m taking part in. Primetric helps me do just that. It is an incredibly transparent tool that displays all my allocations in a form of intuitive calendar. With that tool, I can clearly see all the past, current and future allocations and plan my work accordingly. I also do not have to spend hours looking for the options I currently need; in my experience, they are all where I would expect to find them.
Inconvénients
I would like the tool to provide me with a list for all the activities; right now, it is not possible.

Primetric as a useful too
One thing that has improved functionality is certainly the labour intensity summaries for projects; without the primetric, counting on your own can get confusing, and sometimes you can make a mistake by collecting the number of hours from everyone.
Avantages
- it is very helpful to be informed of upcoming national holidays when entering the times, which makes organisation easier
- extensive profile personalisation
- cooperation and project management is top-notch I have not yet felt the lack of functions
Inconvénients
I miss the mobile app on IOS because I am often in transport so I could manage projects more efficiently.

Avantages
Primetric has all the functionalities that small businesses need to manage people and project portfolios from a high-level view. Especially, when you lack clarity and spreadsheets are something that you want to get rid of.

Inconvénients
The Clockify integration is very simple for now, but I know that Primetric team is working on that, so I am not sure whether it is something really worth mentioning.

Intuitive UI that brings together lots of valuable project management features
Primetric helped me manage my work better and find problems in my projects before they became a more pressing issue. Additionally, I never had to worry about finding the right features for the job - everything is just where I would expect it to be.
Avantages
From my perspective, Primetric has everything a manager would like to have in such advanced tools: numerous features, intuitive UI and live updates. The tool can process the data and provide me with up-to-date information on my projects and specialists, so I can stay on top of things regardless of the circumstances.
Inconvénients
he documentation could be better. But in general, the product is very helpful

Quick and convenient time logging processes
The process of getting used to the new tool was very smooth in my experience. I didn’t really need any additional help because I find Primetric very intuitive and legible. Further on, the tool saved lots and lots of my time I would otherwise spend on logging my working time in other tools. Highly recommended!
Avantages
In my experience, Primetric is just a perfect tool for saving time on daily, repetitive processes, such as logging time. It is also very intuitive and legible, especially for a new user I once was. Application is easy to handle and even easier to get used to. All things considered, it is a very good choice for businesses valuing transparency and simplicity.
Inconvénients
There is nothing I dislike about it. It met all of my expectations.

I’m very happy with Primetric and its time tracking feature
I use Primetric for time tracking, and I find this feature very intuitive. I’ve never had any problems with it, and it drastically improved the transparency of my work. It just takes a few seconds to finish the daily report there; it’s simply no longer a burden.
Avantages
What strikes me about Primetric is that it’s a really intuitive tool that was definitely made with users’ needs in mind. All the processes are very simple and effective, and the tool itself doesn’t need hours of extra time to reload each time I want to change something in a given view. It’s just pleasant to use.
Inconvénients
I would like the time tracking feature to have a view for the entire month, not just weeks.

A reliable tool that improved my time tracking processes
Since day one Primetric seemed to be a very user friendly tool. I’ve just been working with the tool for a few months, so I’m a relatively new user, but I had no problems finding the features I needed and using them right away, with no instructions or guides. In my opinion, the software is intuitive and simple to use, and that’s what I expected it to be.
Avantages
I like working with it in general, because it simply causes no problems with time tracking and using the app in general. Primetric is reliable, it loads quickly and it has no delays that are common in other tools. In a few words, it helps me log my time faster instead of keeping me waiting for the right tab to load.
Inconvénients
I would really like to have an option to copy the tasks from the previous day to the current one. Sometimes I work on a single task for days and weeks, so I have to copy the description of my work manually every time.

Using Primetric as sales in gaming work-for-hire studio
Avantages
Primetric replaced the old Gantt tool, numerous spreadsheets, and few calls a week. In one system we have skills or our developers, who is doing what and when would be available.
Inconvénients
There are still some performance issues, but minor one.

Very enjoyable and transparent time tracking
The tool has everything it takes to complete time tracking processes in an efficient and timely manner. I cannot review other features included in the solution, because I simply do not use them, but I’m completely satisfied with the features I did use.
Avantages
In my experience, it’s very user friendly and simple, which is not a case for many similar tools with so many features included. Everything is logically organized and I do not have to spend hours wondering where to find the option I need.
Inconvénients
I only use some of Primetric’s features, and those I use are flawless for me.

primetric is awesome
almost a year relationship and i want to have primetric in every future job
Avantages
when it comes to your product, after just a year in it, using several time recorders, I am very happy with primetric.
It's simple, clean, and hassle-free.
So when it comes to 1-10 scales, I will give 9 because no product is problem-free and there is always a small slot for improvements (although I personally did not notice such because it is great for me)
I really like the ux friendly vibe of the website, the ease of use and even in the case of having several projects at the same time it is not bothersome.
I also appreciate the ability to easily record, for example, a week ahead or for the whole week, and telling you how to forget to enter an hour somewhere :)
Inconvénients
nothing really at all, i did rate you as a 9 because there is always something to improve and as i said i love primetric :)

Primetric provides real-time project insights for better resource utilization and planning.
When a project is in progress, we use Primetric to keep track of its budget by checking cash flow and predicting potential earnings.
If there are any issues, we may add a new variable to see the data in a different context right away. For example, if the long-term partnership with this client has been good, it might make sense to run one sprint with a lower margin.
Avantages
Before implementing Primetric, we could only learn how the project worked in terms of the budget at its end. Thanks to the solution, we can now review the status every day to see the project's burn rate and respond accordingly thanks to the integration with Clockify. All is automated, allowing us to have total control over the project's profitability rate.
Inconvénients
The Clockify integration could have more options.

Primetric helps to manage and order the process of passing on knowledge about how people are assigned to projects. It also helps to optimize our process and gives us a single source of truth about our resource planning. I can see whether there are any conflicts and quickly resolve them or check how one change could impact our business priorities.
Avantages
Thanks to Primetric, our processes can be as flexible and minimalistic as possible. Due to the specific character of our R&D projects, we need to build processes that can be adjusted to everyone’s needs on the fly. Primetric also helped us minimize the number of meetings required to make decisions about allocating people to projects.

Better planning and improved work efficiency thanks to Primetric’s features
Despite being a relatively new user of Primetric, I feel like it has already improved my work drastically. It definitely helps me stay on top of my responsibilities and plan them better than before. I feel like the tool is exactly what I need for my job.

Primetric helps me to monitor and plan my work without being overwhelming or overcomplicated. Generally, I use the tool to see my responsibilities for the days and weeks to come, and monitor my progress in tasks and projects I’ve already started working on. Primetric provides me with exact and accurate information I use to improve the quality of my work and my plans.

I found nothing I would like to change in this tool.

Excellent time off management and time tracking with dozens of advanced options
Avantages
I’m a great fan of Primetric’s time offs and time tracking. I can easily manage time off requests in the system and plan work based on the available hours. I can also see all the work I have to do in the foreseeable future and, after I track my progress, I can export the information and share it with other people in my company. It’s a very convenient solution.
Inconvénients
When I have already entered a number of hours for a project and I want to change it, the hours add up (instead of changing to a new value) and I have to delete already added rows which is not very intuitive for me.

Primetric stands out for its speed, clarity of data presentation. I also like the profile module, which allows to describe the skills of employees in great detail
Avantages
What I like most is the ability to configure hours for individual projects for one-click reporting.
It takes about 2-3 seconds to report the working time for 2 projects.

Great and easy to use
Avantages
Primetric has an easy and responsive UI. Additionally, it has Jira and Tempo integration which makes it the perfect tool for time tracking and time management as well as reporting.
Inconvénients
It takes some time to get used to using different periods for timesheets than daily. They are just not consistent with the day periods layouts.

Effective Software for Projects Planning and Management
Primetric a very useful software for reduce your time and efforts. It's a perfect solution for digital agencies like us to manage multiple projects and track time, expenses and workload.
Avantages
It's probably provided all the features which helps you in your time and effort reduction. You can manage your projects planning through calendar management feature. Many other features like task management, status tracking, Time & Expense tracking are very useful and effective.

Good app for a good time
In general, i note that i like using this application more than using Jira (which is very overloaded without additional addons).

Almost perfect resource management tool
Avantages
We can collect lots of info needed to manage our team in one place. We can now track their weekly availability, days off and plan accordingly. JIRA integration helps us check if we follow the project's schedule.
Inconvénients
Loading time is more than a bit annoying, it's the main issue for me. Also would recommend integrating days off with google calendar, and splitting costs and earnings so we could assign budget tracking permissions to Project managers, without giving them access to other employees' hourly rates.

Finally a time tracking tools with holidays and comprehensive overview
Dynamic views, real time updates and intuitive UX make Primetric a tool that’s perfect for people who want to focus on their work instead of reporting it. It’s fast, pleasant to use, and I’m happy I replaced Excel with it.

The time tracking tool in Primetric has everything I need to accurately plan my time and report all the hours I have spent working. It has included public holidays, smart time tracking forms with automatically imported details, and a very convenient overview of days, months and weeks. It’s a perfect combination of features.

I would like the Primetric team to bring back an option to track time by clicking on a project in the calendar view.

Every time tracking feature available at hand
In general, I liked it. The tool has no delays, it’s updated in real time, and it has no strange or unnecessary that could be confusing. Just by looking at the interface I can see where to find what I need. Very good UX overall.
Avantages
Compared to other similar tools, Primetric is more advanced and yet much simpler, too. I can quickly track time using existing allocations and add the details if I need to. I can also monitor my responsibilities in one or many projects.
Inconvénients
Sometimes editing tracked hours is a bit tricky.

All in one place
Avantages
I am working in a rapidly growing organization. Primetric helped us gather all people in one place and manage their allocations. I think each department values it for a different functionality for itself. From my perspective, the most important thing for me is that I can see to which teams and projects individual employees belong and who is the supervisor. The option of reports from which we can extract anything we want is also very helpful.

All the other tools and spreadsheets replaced by a single tool
Primetric gathered all the processes I have to complete in my work and turn them into more intuitive and time-efficient versions of themselves. It makes my communication with my employer so much easier and more transparent.
Avantages
Primetric contains a variety of features I used to have in a number of different tools and even spreadsheets. I can simply log in to the tool, track the time I’ve spent working and report any absences I plan in the future. I can also see whether my requests were accepted by my employee thanks to email notifications I receive whenever something related to my forms changes.
Inconvénients
The calendar view for time tracking could be a little more intuitive - I feel like I get lost in there at times.

Very good, it has all the features I need for managing projects

UI is little bit outdated in my opinion, on the other hand it's clear and pretty quick

Seamless time tracking with brilliant integrations
This tool is all about simplicity and transparency. Whatever I use it for, I can achieve my goal in just a few seconds. I use it mostly for time tracking and - with all the allocations in place - I just need a few clicks to confirm the hours I have worked. Simple, efficient, easy to remember; I couldn’t ask any tool for more.
Avantages
This software is really good at being combined with other solutions. In my case, Primetric was integrated with tools for human resources used for reporting absences and days off. I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out that the information is instantly exported from the system to Primetric, providing me with accurate and up-to-date information whenever I need it.
Inconvénients
I would like to choose many types of notifications at once, and right now there’s no such an option.

Primetric review
It is a very nice tool. I use them every day at work and I see no major problems. It is a good solution for companies.
Avantages
I like the transparency of the navigation panel and the graphics. The daily tasks associated with this program are very convenient to use.
Inconvénients
There were some problems with the responsiveness of the application on a mobile device during use. It would be worth correcting.

A tool that facilitating work and increasing efficiency
Avantages
Thanks to the Primetric, I can easily and transparently supervise the projects to which I have been assigned. It makes it very easy for me to track the time of work.
Inconvénients
On the user's side i have not encountered any problems.

Great software
Avantages
Intuitive, smooth interface. SSO login option.
Inconvénients
Interface for mobile browsers should be improwed.

Good tool for reporting
- I use Primetric for utilization reports - works great
Avantages
- flexible tool,
- makes the work easier,
- great support from Primetric Stuff
Inconvénients
- does not generate utilization reports in Google Sheets (for now only csv and xlsx)
