Reasons to use Codeworks Software
Excellent support whenever needed, and a company that actual listens and implements customer wants/needs.
Avantages
Excellent product and support, at a very reasonable cost.
Inconvénients
Would like to have the live view again and not have to schedule a recording.

If you would like to use the Live Remote Screen Capture feature it is still available on the legacy desktop console.

Employee Monitoring Tool for Workforce Productivity
It improves security by sending alerts of web activity evidence for instance when employees visit file sharing or porn websites.
Avantages
BrowseReporter enables us to monitor employees computer usage through screen recording.
Inconvénients
I don’t feel there is any missing capability on this platform.

If you'd like even greater control over employee internet use I recommend you try BrowseControl as well, it operates from the same console as BrowseReporter; it allows you to proactively block file sharing and porn websites with a web content category database. https://www.currentware.com/products/browsecontrol/

Browser Reporter
Less idle time from employees and more productivity.
Avantages
I like the ease of use and reporting features of the software by employee/ time frame.
Inconvénients
i had a few setup problems where i had to contact support to get resolved.
