I like that the tool is easy to use for our employees. I also love the creativity of the different challenges as it makes doing multiple challenges a year fun!

I found it difficult to get data from past challenges. Moving users back and forth is a bit of a pain just to get prior info.

This was a great experience for our employees which required them to engage with there peers. Thanks to Wellable, our team was able to focus on other employee engagement items as oppose daily tracking which use to be very manual.

The software from an employee side of things was very easy to install and use. On the administrative side, the reporting, customer support, and account management were all great.

There were some limitations when it came to customizing some of the admin tasks. I would have liked the ability to adjust points if needed (for participants who may have incorrectly input data).

Loved the user-friendliness of the website as well as the app. As an administrator for the challenges in our office I also love the customer support! Folks at Wellable are extremely nice and helpful.

This software is Flawless- simply infallible, makes absolutely no mistakes, syncs remarkably your mileage and or steps.
I am extremely Tech challenged, and the customer service that I experienced was impeccable, she was extremely patient, kind and very supportive with the many mistakes I made, by syncing more than one device. As well as many times afterwards with just questions I had.

Avantages

I love how incredible user friendly the platform is, both for admin and users. It's so easy to create new monthly challenges, along with updating our internal communication via the prescheduled emails. It's incredibly customizable and allows us to assign values to not just fitness/wellness activities but things like company promoted community service and other activities that focus on our company's core values.

Inconvénients

I just wish that it was easier to integrate nutrition tracking apps without needing an additional integration. I also wish we could allow users to participate in multiple challenges per month.

The account manager handles the challenges and prizes for us, so administratively, this is not an added burden for me.

There were server connectivity issues and instead of a proactive approach, we had to notify the support team to be told the system would be down for a few days. I would have preferred that they notify us so I could, in turn, notify my team. But that is just a one time occurrence, not a continual issue.

The website is easy to use. Wellable has great analytics on the admin side. The site makes it easy to see where you are in the competition. Wellable is constantly thinking of new ways to engage employees. They also take employee feedback seriously.

Inconvénients

We have had a great experience so far, but sometimes it is hard to motivate employees. The client service rep is always coming up with great ideas for challenges.

We loved the reporting function in Wellable. It was so easy to create and receive a report from the system. It was also perfect to have the email communication templates. We were able to modify and send out to all our users.

Our organization used Wellable as a tool to help promote fitness and well-being throughout our community during these challenging times. Our "Move More Challenge" encouraged community members to stay physically active and be mindful of important needs such as hydration, relaxation, and nutrition.
Wellable provides a number of ways to track points in an easy manner. There are many technological devices that link with Wellable which makes tracking points simple. The competition aspect of Wellable helps keep users motivated.

This app was very easy to use and the onboarding process to start a challenge was simple for the whole team

Wellable has some great wellness challenge templates that are so easy to implement and use! All you have to do is plug in your participants and your challenge dates, and you are ready to go!

We are a small school, but sometimes have to limit our number of participants due to budgetary constraints.

The ease of use in setting up a challenge. Everything is already done for you. I also like the health content.

There is nothing that I don't like so far. We plan to continue to use the product in 2021.
