A tecnologia OCR do software também me impressionou, pois reconheceu e preservou precisamente a formatação e estrutura dos documentos, economizando tempo e esforço
Inconvénients
Notei que o programa fica um pouco mais lento ao processar documentos maiores.

It is always asking for validation of the account even at the trial version. After trial, I couldn't completely delete the app. It was pretending like a virus.

Avantages
La versione gratuita consente in maniera semplice la lettura dei file in formato pdf. Le versioni a pagamento sono un' ottimo ocr per la modifica dei file pdf.
Inconvénients
Il software funziona molto bene e non necessita di miglioramenti.

Good Software for converting OCR files to PDF
Finereader have solve most of my problem for converting Image or handwritten files to DOC files, PDF and text files. It helps in improving my efficiency for my work by avoiding the need to retype the file all over again.
Avantages
I love the fact that this software provides platform for converting handwritten and image files to PDF. This increases the efficiency during the office work. The feature to identify the OCR files and take image is so good with this applications and helpful.
Inconvénients
I love most parts of this software but I would be more happy if OCR did a more better job in identifying the texts. I just wish if it could do 100% accurately.

Adobe Alternative
We have been able to switch software versions and save costs for our company. This is all without losing and functionality expected.
Avantages
This is a great and cost effective way to get away from the high costs of Adobe pro. You have most of the same functionality with a significantly lower cost.
Inconvénients
Rolling this our on an enterprise scale and keeping it up to date is harder than the Adobe version. The cost savings I believe outweighs this problem

Great Software!
A great solution for editing pdf's on a computer and exporting!
Avantages
This software was great for manipulating scanned documents (which is normally such a hassle that it's limited to physically writing and scanning). It downloaded as a separate application on a laptop and has offline usability for editing documents. Exporting files is also made easier by the software, which is great for those documents that require multiple signatures!
Inconvénients
The gadgets and widgets were a little hard to find at first, but after two or three uses you got the hang of how to accomplish what you had in mind for a document.

Overall I would recommend trying it. The app is easy to use and navigate.

This software is similar to Adobe Reader. You can edit the PDF files and manage them. I like using this since I always get documents in PDF form. This app covers the basic tools of editing, viewing, printing and commenting.

Easily edit any text within a PDF file
It is a good tool for recognising text in the PDF files. I recommend it for offices where large amount of pdf document needs further process, and text analysation. It improves effectiveness and saves time.
Avantages
I used ABBYY FineReader 15 Standard. It supports many languages. It handles image based pdf, so I can edit or copy text in any pdf files. If the text is in table cells it is not a problem, I can edit it. Its OCR feature is really comprehensive. It automatically recognize paragraphs. The program makes a list of the problems determined by the OCR. It eliminates the hyphen from the rows ends by default, so the words separated by hyphens at the end of the rows can be seen in the search lists.
Inconvénients
It is not a desktop publisher software, so it doesn't flow text between pages. Its price is relatively high.
