Smart Trial for Clinical Studies
Avantages
This software is very user friendly, it's easy on the eyes and very simple to navigate. It runs really smoothly. I have only been using it for about 5 months so I haven't ventured into certain aspects.
Inconvénients
There are a few features that are wanting. Seeing/sorting screen fails, separating new submissions of imaging from ones that have already been downloaded, quick buttons to visit forms.

I do not like it at all. I have used many different electronic data capture form programs. This is one of the very worst. It is not user friendly; it is cumbersome to use. I hate it.

Not user friendly.Cumbersome.Fields have incorrect decimal places or choices.

Gets the job done
User friendly and light on the eyes. Great for smaller studies and start-ups.
Avantages
I like the clean and modern layout. Very light and easy to read.
Inconvénients
Wish you can have multiple windows of Greenlight Guru open. Additionally, it would be nice to have more filter options of the CRFs.

smart trial gave us a solution for our needs.
Avantages
the product is relatively easy to use and build your studies
Inconvénients
our users complain that its long and difficult to register and use the system, but we couldn't identify the specific problem.
sometimes it takes many steps to define something. for example, if you want to give an option to enter an AE, we need additional question if there is or not an AE....so 2 questions for AE?
its just an example.

Thank you for this nice and honest review.
User creation can sometimes be a heavy process, especially when security and data traceability has to be in order. We are continuously working on improving this and hope that this can be done even more smother in the upcoming product releases.
Using a question to ask if there's an AE or not, is a personal preference. But we highly encourage this design method, as it ensures that you have a yes or no to this question. Instead, if you make it optional to register an AE, and it's left empty, you will never know if it was on purpose or not.

Excellent service and quality software
Overall Smart-Trial is excellent. We are very happy using this software.
Avantages
The customer service is amazing. Their response time as well as dedication to helping you find a solution is incredible. The software is also very intuitive in its design.
Inconvénients
I dont love the formating of the forms, would like it to appear more professional. But this is a very low priority.

User-friendly ESC software for medical device companies
We used SMART-TRIAL for a user test with our product - it was important for us to use a software to gather data, which was quick to learn and set up. All our customers in the test could easily understand how to interact with SMART-TRIAL.
Avantages
The software is easy to set up and the questionnaire is easy to understand and interact with for our customers. Great customer service and support!
Inconvénients
For our use we didn't come across anything we didn't like.

Great experience
Smart-Trial is very reactive and the communication is really smooth which was really helpful for our study
Avantages
Smart-Trial is really easy and quick to set-up, the EDC was well integrated with our software for the need of our study thanks to the API
Inconvénients
The navigation cross-visit could be improved

Overall using the system was easy to use and professionally set up and validated.
Avantages
The software was easy to use and to navigate. Any adjustments or changes that we needed were made easy and professionally by those we worked with.
Inconvénients
The software was a bit slow, so moving from one screen to the next took time and seem to have a lag.

Avantages
Works well, easy to keep an overview over study subjects, easy to fill out forms.
Inconvénients
No real problems so far. Did not Work properly on Explorer, which is easy to Work around.
