Very enjoyable learning through games
I have really enjoyed using the games and learning tools of Kahoot.
Avantages
Its my favorite software during my training and learning period. It creates exciting multiple choice question sets which are fun to learn.
Inconvénients
It has never hanged while I was using it. I have had good experience so far to have used it absolutely fine.

Fun!
Good for alternative learning!
Avantages
It was a fun way to learn material in school instead of doing boring study guides. It is a fun take on learning that a lot of people enjoy.
Inconvénients
I like Kahoot, not much I dislike about it. It is easy to use an great for teachers to use for their students learning.

Amazing tool for audience engagement
Avantages
Everyone loves Kahoot, and so we use it to engage our audiences. Works every time.
Inconvénients
There's a bit of a learning curve when you first get started making Kahoot questions, but you're able to master it very quick!

Great tool to utilize for review and learning!
Really enjoy it! Definitely a recommended app to use for material reinforcement and to engage better learning!! The colors and personalization is a plus as well in addition to the sounds!

We use this tool very often to review lectures and materials and it has been very helpful as it’s engaging and really allows for personalization! We do it like jeopardy style and the sounds and colors really helps keep people engaged and encourages participation! Definitely a great tool to use for learning and material reinforcement
Inconvénients
Honestly, not much! It is so user friendly. Sometimes we have ran into some hiccups where it doesn’t load properly (not too sure if it’s from so many people participating) as some people often times have trouble getting in but eventually it works out!

The features allowed great interaction in the course to keep participants engaged and paying attention to the material being shared
Inconvénients
I think this tool is so helpful. They only thing I would say is the inability to share content with other facilitators.

Active Kahoot User gives honest review
I currently use kahoot in community groups for games and learning. I am usually the one making them or implementing them. I also used to play kahoots in highschool made my my teachers.
Avantages
I like that you can see what percent of participants picked a specific answer for each question. It is great for measuring overall understanding and gaining opinions.
Inconvénients
I wish there was a way to save the information from each game so you could measure understanding over a period of time.

Kahoot Review
Kahoot has been a great learning tool for our learners and helps give us a break from presenting.
Avantages
Kahoot is such a fun and easy way to get learners involved in the content you are presenting. Using a mobile device makes it easy to access anywhere. It gives our learners an engaging way to review content or just have some fun in between sessions or as an ice-breaker. The competitive feature is always a hit with our sessions.
Inconvénients
There have been a few times we've had issues with the settings and the mode in which we set the Kahoot games up but for the most part it always runs smoothly.

Excellent tool for teaching in a small to large classroom or for staff engagement.
Avantages
Easy to use for both myself in preparing the quizzes and for users. I used this in training sessions I conducted in Europe and across Canada. Well received.
Inconvénients
Paid features are nice to have. But obviously not free. Would be nice to have more but understandable.

Kahoot! for team building
Kahoot allows us to run many different team building games without introducing stress and keeping competitive impulses to a minimum
Avantages
The way it engages players and the ease of use. Almost ZERO learning curve and team embers really enjoy the experience
Inconvénients
Not a Kahoot! problem directly, but be sure you have good wifi otherwise the drops will degrade the experience. We are fine when we use Kahoot! in out conference rooms, but smaller, more remote rooms ahve wifi issues

Started using with my elementary aged kid before the COVID19 pandemic, but during the pandemic we almost used it daily. What a fun way to learn
Avantages
Lots of options, lots of topics, many different levels. Always pleasantly surprised by the extensive availability of topics

Kahoot for staff meetings
Kahoot is a great tool for learning and engagement but the price unfortunately outweighs the benefit for our office.
Avantages
We used Kahoot for years during staff meetings and training to maintain employee engagement during the meetings. It was easy for the staff to participate in the meeting using their cell phone.
Inconvénients
The software became too expensive over the last few years and made it difficult to continue to subscribe to the service.

Kahoot! is the BEST!
I have absolutely loved my experience with Kahoot! and I think it is such a good way to take quizzes, do class activities, and participate in quick surveys. I would totally recommend it to any teacher/advisor, student, class or meeting.
Avantages
I really enjoy using Kahoot! and I like the whole concept of it especially for learning and making it fun at the same time. It is useful in the classroom and even meetings as an interactive activity that anyone with a technological device can participate in.
Inconvénients
As with anything, there are some glitches associated with the program and it is probably mostly due to connection problems.

Kahoot is fun - Executives love it, Consultants love it, every group I have presented to has retained more of the information because of the competitive nature of Kahoot.
Inconvénients
Some audience members have trouble translating the 4 answer options (shapes) in their minds, delaying their results. But they get better after a few questions

This is so fun!
Overall I think this is a great tool to use to keep people engaged and as an ice breaker. It would also be great as an "after quiz" type tool, when doing a work presentation
Avantages
I've used this app professionally and personally. It is very easy to create games and quite easy to use as well. We used it for a larger work conference (at least 100 attendees) and were able to get everyone to use Kahoot! and stay engaged.
Inconvénients
There can be delays or lags based on internet connection, which can hinder the ability for users to play the game, since it is time based.

Super Engaging!
Avantages
As a user of this software, I love the engaging element of it! It makes learning and studying much more fun than without, and allows you to create a fun review experience.
Inconvénients
There is a freedom that people have to create their own user names for the question sessions and that can get out of hand. However, besides that its great!

Kahoot Review
Avantages
I used this program all throughout high school and even in many university classes. It is a fun way to engage students and the upbeat song in the background really wakes up everyone who hears it, no matter how boring the class. The program is just as enjoyable to use to make questions as it is to play. The layout is easy to understand and the instructions are very clear on how to make a kahoot session.
Inconvénients
I liked everything about this software, no complaints.

I really like the fact that you can access hundreds of public "kahoots" that can be used to engage your audience/peers in the case that you have not prepared one yourself.
Inconvénients
I don't like that it has recently involved a paid option when the features were originally entirely free to use, though the user experience still remains enjoyable.

Great for classrooms
Overall, as a user, kahoot makes classroom learning more fun and competitive among students. It is also good for meetings as an icebreaker or a starter to the meeting.

It was very easy to use and it made learning and organization meetings more fun and competitive. It is very straightforward when setting up as well.
Inconvénients
There was some lag when using kahoot but it wasn’t too noticeable. Also wish there were more options to create questions.

Fun software for training and events
We use kahoot to reinforce interactive training sessions and keep them more fun and interesting. We also use it at company potlucks and events to have fun. Everybody loves it!
Avantages
It’s easy to setup quizzes, make them available and join them. The interface looks good and keeps users engaged.
Inconvénients
It would be nice to have a little more flexibility with the options and configuration of the questions.
