Exceeded All Expectations

When we joined SharpSpring, I had long conversations with my rep and told them what I needed and what I was looking for. He walked me through every step, helped when I needed it, and the final product was exactly what I needed. They even helped our IT guys and integrating the forms on our website.

Avantages

We have never regretted joining forces with SharpSpring! We decided on SharpSpring after leaving one of their very expensive competitors. Basically SS did everything we needed them to do and more. The customer service of our account reps are outstanding. They helped us create some things that were never done before. Love the workflows on the forms.

Inconvénients

There really isn't that much not to like about SharpSpring. So far they have met every need for me and my team

Waste product with no good features i would say

There are many as above ....that we found out when we started to use it........i think we don't go much long with this tool. I would suggest go for some established products eventhough they are costly

Avantages

Lists are built dynamically, content calendar is handy, support is good but not on all issues, that's all i can see

Inconvénients

Lets go one by one:
Sales or crm:Cannot create Different sales teams, hierarchy or based on country: we are across the globe, as there is no such feature to create different team and hierarchy its really embarrassing and our sales managers are saying we don't use this tool, they might have given team creation and privacy of the teams leads
Accounts: this is really funny, every one can access all the accounts and even they can go and edit contacts of those accounts
Email sync: this is so funny, some emails gets synced and some don't.......you need to go to support team always and circle back every time
Visitor ID: This really sucks, they cant ban ISP's from their side, no country wise traffic, this is really a useless feature

Marketing: Forms: this feature is a really a headache, as we need to go to each form and enter the different embeded code, I have 800 pages with form, with 40 unique forms, they says i need to go to each form and paste a different unique code on each form and each link(don't you think thats a obstacle in using this product)
Emails template: the funny thing is they gave a default background that doesn't highlight hyperlinks, are a natural look as if sent by a individual, with these default settings your end user can easily find its bulk campaign and spam
Blogs,media,landing pages--------------leave them they are no use
Analytics: this is one more waste feature, eventhough you link this with your adwords/analytics it doesn't show most of the info

Greatly simplifies customer tracking processes, manages the prospects very well and charts the scope against the proposed objectives very well.
