Flexible and Different Pricing Models Available
I've yet to find the perfect booking system but we did take a pass on Xola after the free trial. When we initially looked at it, the model of charging clients a service fee for the booking was extremely off putting. At this point, they have different models to work with which include a flat monthly fee which is much more palatable. If we ever get upset at our current booking system, we would probably move to Xola next.

- Mobile aps & desktop availability
- Very nice interface
Inconvénients
Not really any helpful resources to get your problem solved. You can solve it over chat but that can be annoying at times.
You can't integrate with MailChimp or TripAdvisor Review express.
Requests don't seem to get applied very quickly.

Xola and GG VR
Avantages
The organization and speed at which customers can reserve is well designed. We like it when customers use your software, it informs us of customer interest and reservations.
Inconvénients
sadly, business is still in its beginning stage so there is not a lot of interaction iv'e had with this software. I will say that when i do a back office reservations it has on numerous ocations reserved them for the whole day and three extra days, blocking other customers from using it. When this happens, i have to cancel the reservation and hope no one reserves in that time.

Always available for support
Made booking from the website easier.
Avantages
The software, once set up, is super easy for me and my customers to use. I highly recommend it to anyone in the guiding business.
Inconvénients
There are some challenges to the initial set up and it takes time to add all of the add-ons, etc. It is also a little confusing what some of the line items mean when filling it out.

Great online booking
Avantages
I’m own a small business and Xola offers way more software options than I need, so they are willing to work with me and offer me what I need at a reasonable rate. Great customer service.
Inconvénients
Xola provides me with everything I need. Currently there isn’t anything I dislike about the software.

Xola gets it right. Seriously.
Avantages
The software addresses any and all of the issues that arise when it comes to getting travel info to customers. It makes it easy for large groups to pay in random increments and having the ability to easily include dynamic pricing put Xola over the top as the best booking software I have used to date.
Inconvénients
I don't really have any cons to mention. I have used MANY booking products because I have been in a constant search to find software that allows my customers to buy tix and get ALL of the travel info they need after doing so + send reminders and lost lead capture notes and Xola does that.

XOLA for the win
Didn't have any way for customers to book online previously. Has increased sales dramatically.
Avantages
The best part about Xola is that they do the heavy lifting for you. They get the booking software up on the site for you and it works great. Very customizable.
Inconvénients
There isn't really anything I would change about Xola. They have been great. Everyone needs the ability to book online.

Used Xola mostly on a phone or tablet, overall helped our business move with efficiency.
Avantages
The scheduling clearly shows how much was paid or owed so that we didnt miss a payment. It was also easy to show customers their payments. Having a choice between listing a credit card and inputing a cash amount also helped.
Inconvénients
The interface on my iphone was difficult to work with. The tablet less so. Navigating was a little difficult as well
