Very easy and convenient to use
I am an employee of the owner who uses Xola for Buffalo Pedal Tours. I really like that as I'm headed to a tour I can just open the app and within 5 seconds I'm looking at the name of the person who booked and it only shows tours that are booked for me. I really like that I don't have to "check the schedule" to see when I work, like restaurant staff, since sometimes tours are booked only a day in advanced. The notification system through email ensures I'm not missing any tours I've been booked. So overall its a great piece of software. Keep up the good work and keep improving!
Avantages
-I love that with my tours I can just go onto the app and check without having to keep track myself of what days I work.
-The app is intuitive, clean, and easy to use.
-I like that I can see my bookings on the desktop site and sync the calendar with my gmail calendar.
-I like that when I get booked a tour it sends an email to me.
Inconvénients
Improvements that can be made:
-The desktop site does not allow me to see see the Questionnaire. I have to reference the app to see what the customer wrote.
-I don't have the need for a credit card reader, yet the app asks me every time I open it. Once I accidentally said "yes" while wearing headphones and thought I may have gone deaf when I high pitch tone assaulted my eardrums.
-I can't confirm a tour through the app. Its inconvenient because then I have to find the specific email and then enter my login thru a web browser. In-app tour confirmation would be much less hassle.

Good balance of features, ease of use, and price.
Avantages
Customer support, and the TCO is the reason I am with Xola. The features, functionality and analytics are adequate.
Inconvénients
Limitations, and not as rich in features for my particular industry (escape room) as I'd like. The calendar view could be better.

Tour operator review
Avantages
Easy to set up multiple tours with multiple timeslots. User friendly with minimum questions from clients.
Inconvénients
We would have loved if there was a way to setup an automated email to send out to our tour groups after their tour. Almost like the reminders the syst sends out before the tour.

Maybe just me.
It must work for the guests. We get daily bookings. I never have looked at it from a guest booking view.
Avantages
I check daily bookings. I normally don’t look for much else.
Inconvénients
It’s difficult to see and use on my iPhone. Sometimes when pulling down the days overlap. Log in comes up very small on iPhone. Log out isn’t easy to navigate too because it has to be enlarged to close. To many features that are not needed for my purpose.

Refunds and customer support
The only benefit is ease of booking
Avantages
It is pretty easy to use. There isn't much I like about it.
Inconvénients
I don't like the refund process the summary especially
The fact that they take there 3% right after a booking

Xola has been a critical tool for my business.
Avantages
Their customer service is prompt and our rep is really helpful when I have questions about how to set up the system to meet my needs. Before Xola I used a different booking software and experienced a lot of abandoned bookings because the user interface was so clicky. Now with Xola I experience increased sales and the abandoned booking's feature is well worth it. I highly encourage anyone opening an escape room to use this platform!
Inconvénients
The sales don't tie back to the correct sales person if an order comes in via the front end and it is confirmed through the back end of the software.

Mostly Good
Avantages
Software has a lot of features and always has useful new updates.
Inconvénients
Not able to pay electronically with Apple Pay.

The ease of scheduling tours and being able to have everything in one place
Avantages
I like that you can have everything in one screen when doing reservations. You can change the amount of guest, the date, time, everything!
Inconvénients
Editing some of the guest names or emails is a little tricky to figure out. It definitely takes a littl bit to get use to, but is well worth the switch!

Highly recommended
Xola is an awesome booking software that our company can't live without. Would highly recommend this product to anyone in the tourism industry!

Super easy to use and understand
Ease of use for all employees
Avantages
How easy for customers and employees to use to book appointments. The interface of the program is very apealing to look at as well.
Inconvénients
One thing I would change is for customers make changes to appointments without calling in.
