Private browsing on mobile seems to be a bit of a miss. If you are logged into a page and close the page, then reopen you are still logged in. This is not the case for Safari and other privacy focused browsers. Extensions can also be a hit/miss compared to chrome.

Brave has a built in adblocker right from the start. it also blocks trackers and everything automatically. Recently it launched VPN and video calling service. I always loved to earn BAT for browsing. I also loved the news section.

Inconvénients

Number one of my grudge is they still face trouble when showing Google Docs. The problem most probably started from Google. But that's a nuisance. Another thing, I can't customize specific news outlet which are paid and block me from reading anything . I don't want to saw news from these sources. Somehow I can't block those. There should be a filtering option that only offers free news.

what I like the most is its blocking of ads, because when other browsers direct you to other pages or expose you to inappropriate and totally random ads, the software blocks any type of targeting or unwanted ads.

its lack of practicality in its interface, this is the only thing that leaves something to be desired in the software since it is a somewhat complex interface to understand.

Un punto en contra de Brave es que a nivel de sincronizacion solo sincroniza las URL ingresadas pero no carga el historial completo como tal.

First I heard and started using Brave because of its ads blocker feature. You can access any website you want, without suspicious and unwanted ads popping up. After exploring the browser in-depth I realized there are even more advantages like being one of the safest browsers while in private mode, thanks to its built-in Shields for cookies, trackers, etc., built-in free VPN, and Firewall.

What I found that can be improved is the syncing feature, when I tried to sync the have account on my PC and 2 phones (Android and iPhone) sometimes not all bookmarks are updated accordingly.

An Brave finde ich am besten, das es einen integrierten Werbe- und Trackerblocker gibt, was dafür sorgt, das man besser Surfen kann und die Privatsphäre auch erhöht wird. Dann gibt es ja auch noch den integrierten VPN der auch beim Thema Privatsphäre hilft. Besonders gut finde ich auch die Seitenleiste die ich auch sehr häufig verwende.

Der VPN kostet Geld. Ich kann es verstehen das der VPN Geld kostet. Die müssen ja auch irgendwie Geld machen aber ich find es Schade.

The privacy features are nice and it's very fast and constantly improving. I use brave every day and have for a couple years now, it's only getting better as time goes on. The earn feature (to earn BAT Token) is honestly super cool and innovative, and it pays right to your uphold or gemini accounts that you can instantly cash out which is really cool. Earning anything simply for using a good product is a win to me.

Inconvénients

The customer support is awful, you have to deal with the world's most confusing forum in order to get ahold of anyone as there isn't a direct line of support which is desperately needed. The forum is the absolute most confusing thing I've ever had to navigate so I know anyone with less technical knowledge would never in a million years be able to get support at all. Plus there are no extensions, no Ai and just slightly starting to lag behind the leading browsers in terms of updates.

I used to use a hand-full of browsers, for different types of uses, however, Brave seems to work well with most of the things I use it for so no need to switch browsers. Also, though it does not affect performance, I like how Brave simply serves the customer without any polorizing agendas like you find from Big Tech.

I used to use Vivaldi Browser, and one this Brave does not have in comparison is a Notes app that syncs between the desktop and Android browsers. Otherwise Brave has similar features and more, and they seem to be well desined and better thought out a bit.

Mi piace molto il fatto che si possano bloccare annunci, cookie, fingerprint. Mi aiuta a rimanere più protetto dai malware, inoltre l'intefaccia è semplice e intuitiva. C'è la possibilità di collegare il proprio wallet crypto, lo vedo molto pratico. Gli aggiornamenti sono costanti e l'assistenza è ben organizzata: c'è una parte con le domande più frequenti divise per argomenti e un'altra strutturata come un forum in cui puoi scrivere la tua domanda e aspettare la risposta dell'assistenza, oltre a leggere quelle altrui. L'ultima cosa che apprezzo molto è il consumo ridotto delle risorse del PC quando metto il programma in background o cambio scheda.
