follow the bug
I met bugzilla at a college job. After some time the need arose to use a bug manager at work, and as I have already studied about it, I decided to use it.
greatly optimizes bug tracking, from when identified to the solution.
Avantages
generates reports and we can see number of bugs, which have been solved, in how much time, who participated and details of the individual bugs ;
it's free
Inconvénients
without doubt the interface is the worst defect of them, seemingly old and a bit confused.

Avantages
Tracking through lines of code is tedious and can seem never ending. Bugzilla is here to help and make you better.
Inconvénients
I don’t think I have the right thing for the program to get all the functionality of the application.
