We had problem in our time to identify the amount of break taken by them and at what time. with Humanity we are getting the report that give us clear picture

Also Humanity has very good option where we can tag people as per region so we know as how many people are logged from which region at given time zone

Avantages

Automatically schedules employees with rotating shifts. Able to set rules that apply only to your organization. For example, my employees cannot be scheduled 2 shifts within 8 hours of each other and they cannot work more than five consecutive days without a day off.
The support is great. When using their chat support, if you do not respond, your session does not end. You will be sent an email with any updates on your question/problem. This is a huge plus for me as I get pulled away from my desk often.
Employees can request vacations and personal days, and can also request to swap shifts with another employee through the software. This can be set to require approval.

Inconvénients

Not a deal breaker for me, but unable to put OFF on days an employee is not scheduled.
For Week mode, unable to remove the employee title from the schedule. Again, not a deal breaker.

Avantages

Been using Humanity for over 4 years, since when it was Shiftplanning and it's been exteremely beneficial to tracking Leave and Sick days. Our larger HR program only manages PTO but does not have visibility across teams to see who else is off, so Humanity's calendar allows all of our teams to see who else is off before requesting time off, so that we ensure we have sufficient coverage for our phone operations. The ability to easily manually enter or approve time off requests, create and publish schedules is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Inconvénients

I wish there was a way to have automatic approval of leave request depending on how many other people are off on a given day without having to go in and manually approve.

Avantages

This software is used by Loft 310 in the entertainment district where I worked with executive chef . I liked the ability to check and confirm shifts while being able to keep track of my hours

Inconvénients

What I don't like about this app is that there are some functions like messaging co workers, you cannot do. You have to log into the website. If they were able to combine all functions through the app itself, I would have no complaints

Avantages

It's inexpensive and the mobile apps makes shift changes and reminders much more convenient.

Clunky. Customer support is inconsistent. Usually I have to wait several hours for a call back or chat response.

This tool allowed us to move to the next level in supporting and scheduling student employees. We were using another tool and it was fine, this one gave more flexibility and far better reporting. It also allowed us to delegate management of schedules to team leads.

We have run into a couple of problems over the past several months with reports. Support has been very good in identifying and fixing those reports quickly.

Avantages

We moved to this product over another because of the additional features. It is so much easier to schedule large number of employees with very unique shift requirements. It handles it great.

Some of the reporting didn't work initially for our unique circumstances. They have been good to try new things, but it still isn't a 100%.

Humanity allows for my team to see more clearly what shifts we have , when our phone time is and who is going to be out of office in the up coming weeks. It is a place where my team can set up our own scheduling and allows for ease when it comes to support our clients.

Has a lot of features and configurations that can be tricky at first but soon you will fall in love wit hall the customization.

Nothing much great to say about this. I'm being forced to use it for my job, but it's incredibly counter intuitive.

The mobile view is almost impossible to decipher. There isn't even any way to filter through shifts you want to pick up. Unnecessary information clutters the page constantly.

Since I have not used very many software such as humanity, I am unable to really pinpoint actual problems, it is understandable and has great functionality.

Avantages

Super easy and quick to schedule shifts especially when you have a lot of shifts and people to schedule. As a manager the scheduling table is very handy especially when it comes to finding replacement and adjusting shifts. The notification feature is also very useful and can be customized.

Inconvénients

The reporting tool is not very helpful. Also, the layout of the website cannot be customized per your requirements.

Very user-friendly platform that allows me to view what our team will look like on a given day, based on availability. Allows me to easily plan vacations and select days off.

There isn't anything I don't like for this software. It is very helpful with shift planning.
