Useful Property Management Software
Avantages
Clean user interface and is relatively intuitive to use. I particularly like the task reminders as it helps enormously with remaining compliant with the law
Inconvénients
Having to pay per unit rather than per property. If you have several tenants in one property it can quickly ramp up the cost of using Alphaletz

Great handy app
Avantages
Ease to use and simple to get started. I love the easy access to the app and my property dashboard. It gives me all the information in a simple-to-read format. Running reports is quick and straightforward and is a great time-saver. Highly recommended.
Inconvénients
I haven’t found anything I don’t like yet.

Amazing app for busy landlords!
The app is very easy to use. I am very pleased by the support I received from Alphaletz team so far.
Avantages
I’ve just started using Alphaletz, and I can already see it’s going to be really useful for the end of year tax return. I need my income and expense history to send to my accountant, and that’s so easy to do now by running a quick report in the App.
The app helps me to stay on top of expenses by taking a photo of the receipt, uploading it into my Alphaletz account and allocating against the property.
Inconvénients
There is nothing at the moment that I don't like. I am sure Alphaletz has a great roadmap of features and I am looking forward to using them.

Everything in one place makes property management so much easier
Avantages
It is easy to use and intuitive. Also the ability to have everything about the properties in one place saves so much time and money
Inconvénients
Some foreign currency options were not available when I started using the App

Thanks Martin. We now have the option to set up £, and $ as the default currency symbols in the app. Plus subscriptions can be paid in virtually every currency globally, as we have customers all over the world now!

Just what I’ve been waiting for
Wonderful, a massive time saver.
Avantages
This software is what I have been looking for. It replaces spreadsheets and diary entries and means I can complete my tax returns easily.
Inconvénients
It would be useful to have a search function for “help”.

Thanks Laura for your review. The search function is a good idea and noted! We also add frequent video updates on YouTube to help with updates and tutorials.
