Great for Schedules!

This is an incredibly easy tool for scheduling employees. It really makes calculating hours much easier.

Avantages

I love the ease of use with this software, and the navigation of different employees' schedules. Its easy to insert times and easy to post once it is completed.
We also love that there is an app! It's up to date with the times, and with younger employees, technology and ease of access is everything.
We also love the referral program. We haven't had anyone actually join yet, but we recommend Jolt to everyone.

Inconvénients

We had a couple issues with getting employees the link to actually view their schedule. It would get lost or just not even send. There should just be a way for us to preset a password for the employee and once they log in it asks them to reset it.

Easy to learn, great support and a lot of features!

Perfect, very proffesional system and empolyees!

Avantages

How easy it is to record lots of information about many people without spending a terribly long time. The bulk import when I made lists is brilliant. It is also very intuitive to understand the timesheet and very easy to create the schedules. The user interface is so simple and understandable despite the fact that there is a lot of complex information to be recorded. I thought I would spend at least twice as long to get everything in place. Having worked with many other heavy systems, this has been a very positive experience. The app also seems easy to understand, only two questions, when over 70 employees were invited to install the app only via the email from Jolt! Then it is easily explained and an easy system that anyone can use! The support from our rep at Jolt has been perfect, she follow up regularly and give me tips and corrections when needed.

Inconvénients

Not much, but it would be great if it was more adaptet to Europe as well, like the clock, (not am / pm but 24h) possibility to send sms to employees etc.

Intuitive to setup and use. Customer service and training staff are absolutely amazing!

Avantages

The fixed price per month per location saves money without constantly monitoring the budget. I had enough of the activating/deactivating locations and employees to save costs during non-peak times. We switched vendors and cut our costs by 200% plus we added functionality at the same time. That's a rare win-win.

Jolt is a software suite not just one software package. We have consolidated many daily operating functions into one product suite which not only saves money but gives the day-to-day users a consistent platform.

Inconvénients

It would be great if managers could receive notifications about time off requests and other approvals through text and/or email messages. The push notifications work but some managers would prefer another delivery method like text/email.

Great for Schedules!

Scheduling

Avantages

I like that you can schedule tasks along with schedules and Jolt will send reminders. Accountability. I like that you can check your schedule on the app and via email.

Inconvénients

I don't like the fact that when it texts you your schedule it breaks it up into 3 texts.
