The only thing is that the few issues 'errors' which occurs in some stages, like the video assessment stage 'sharing video w/hiring manager' later on it was fixed, other than that there is nothing to be mentioned.

EVAREC helped us as hiring managers to be part of the process in a very seamless way. We were able to review the shortlisted candidate and give our feedback directly on the system. The recruiters were able to provide the list of shortlisted candidates in a very short timeframe due to the support of the A.I.Excellent interface and easy to use,I also supported in the implementation activities for my roles, the system was very dynamic.

I was involved in this project to setup the career portal of our company. Elevatus is very user friendly, we were able to build our branded career portal in 30 mins by simply adding our content and publishing it on the website.I am also involved in updating the content, very easy, no developers needed.Their customer success team's support is expectational.

What I like the most about Elevatus recruitment system is that it it very user friendly and navigating through the account is easy. It is a great tool to post jobs with different requirements and hiring stages. It supports me in filtering through the candidate easily. I am also now able to send agreements for the employees from the system.

I don’t find any cons so far, just need to have the Hungarian language support. They currently have around 9 languages including german, french, arabic and english

Implementing Elevatus across the medical group that I work for helped adding the touch of innovation on a high level to meet the vision of the company. Using the system by the different process stakeholders; such as hiring managers, recruiters and government relations teams helped streamlining the process between the different departments. Implementing Elevatus Recruitment module helped in covering the cycle from requisition, to job posting, hiring and onboarding.

One of the unique offerings is the automated interview process for candidates that utilizes AI technologies to mearsuer facial expressions in order to add them to the selection of criteria assigned. Cutting the cost of per-hire & time-to-hire, & Increasing HR department KPIs, along with enhancing retention rates.

It has not reached the full spectrum of AI & data mining potential of some of the others. Where some have introduced the capabilities of measuring applicants & candidates' degitaletrale, with cloud computing, this aspect is lacking.

What’s brilliant about this hiring platform is that you don’t have to be tech-savvy to know how to use it. It’s so easy and fun to use. It doesn’t take you a long time to learn how to navigate it. My team and I have been using it heavily for the past week to hire candidates for 3 different positions, and we have no complaints whatsoever. It actually saved us so much time!
