vimeo pour les montages vidéos professionnels
c'est important d'avoir un outils pareil à sa disposition car il permet d'être professionnel et donne de très bon résultat et cela encourage vraiment les utilisateurs car on a pas tous besoin d'être formé pour l'utiliser mais pas forcement car il s'apprend tout seul

vimeo donne un meilleur rendu de la création vidéo est permet d'obtenir une résolution parfaite. je ne suis pas un habitué des logiciels mais avec vimeo il m'a fallu peut de temps pour maitriser ce logiciel
Inconvénients
pour utiliser ce logiciel une formation est nécessaire pour ceux qui ne s'y connaisse pas du tout mais à part cela l'application est excellente

Sauvegardez vos films, ils ne le feront pas pour vous!
Difficile avec le temps, toujours compliquée pour rien.
Peu de visibilité car trop cher et bcp d’utilisateurs quittent pour aller sur YouTube.
Avantages
Dur à dire.Tout est devenu trop compliqué et les nlles versions sont de pire en pire.
Inconvénients
Client depuis plus de 15ans je viens de m’apercevoir que mes vidéos dans leur versions originales ont été supprimées et remplacées par des versions en basse définition.
Inadmissible pour une plateforme payante.

Still the best platform for showcasing professional video
We have had a paid subscription with vimeo for over 6 years now and in that time it's remained the best option for hosting our professional video work. In that time streaming has steadily improved too. A decade ago the platform sometimes had buffering issues whereas YouTube did not. Now they are both the best performing mainstream platforms for video hosting. Their own slices of the market and audience types remain the same, with vimeo being the preferred platform for higher end video content, professionally produced videos and Indie documentary. It's still the best option for industry professionals (not content creators) who want to showcase their work.
Avantages
User interface is as clean as ever. Uploads are fast and so is streaming.
Inconvénients
Tinkering with the UI when it's already solid can lead to confusion as to how to use some features of the platform. I know they are just trying to improve but too much tinkering - especially for parts of the UI that are good already - can be confusing.

Vimeo helps me advertise my business.
Vimeo really helps me design some amazing content. I also love saving my videos and having the ability to share them out to a specific group of people. I also have the ability to hide the video after some time from the group I originally shared it with. I love the functions of being able to create new and exciting promo videos even on my phone!
Avantages
I love the ease of making videos and saving content. It has so many options to plug into an already made design or you can start from scratch and make your own.
Inconvénients
I really haven't had anything I don't like about it. The ease of this is just too great.

A good video platform
I use it several times a week to distribute rough cuts/masters of films for internal/external viewing.
Avantages
Privacy options (mainly password protection of videos), no copyright checks (great for submitting rough cuts for review), no ads, some sort of folder management (which could be better). Android app.
Inconvénients
The website is rather slow in the past 1-2 years. Folder management could definitely be better. No feasible way to export/create a complete list of my videos except request directly from customer support.

Vimeo, the future of staff meetings
Overall experience has been great I don’t know what I did before this software but I know i spend a lot more timeWorking on stuff I that takes me a seconfs now.
Avantages
I think I like the most about Vimeo is the fact that I can be anywhere at any time and share things with my staff they need to know all the button with a push of a button.
Inconvénients
There isn’t anything I can think of that I don’t like about Vimeo. What’s not to love about making your life easier the better at the same time.

Vimeo is great!
Overall, using Vimeo works great for us and allows us with a place to house and share video with our team and partners.
Avantages
Vimeo is easy to use and convenient for businesses that need somewhere to house video assets without looking to generate traffic.
Inconvénients
The only downside I can think of with Vimeo is that sharing links externally can be tricky. Whenever a video is finished uploading, the share button will not work when sending out in a newsletter, Teams, etc. the video id needs to be added to the end of a separate url. Not a big deal, just not as convenient as the rest of the platform.

Avantages
The best features that I have noticed is its High quality video playback and Robust privacy controls it allows us to control access to specific individuals. Vimeo supports 4K and HDR videos that allows us to showcase our content in stunning details and vibrant colors. Vimeo provides the best customization options so we can personalize our video player with logos and end screens as well as brand identity.
Inconvénients
It's free plan features is very limited and cost of the premium plan is so expensive.

the best place to find quality videos
It is not as famous as other video storage portals, which makes it better, since it has a community focused on quality both at an aesthetic level and at a recording level.

Not Just for Music Videos
Avantages
One of the main reasons I would post videos on Vimeo rather than YouTube is the level of video quality that Vimeo offers for content creators. I can keep the 4k visual and audio resolution without the quality dip. Vimeo is my go-to for uploading more of my artsy projects and building my professional profile. I can relay my vision of my clients' videos without compromise.
Inconvénients
Vimeo is a known medium for uploading content, but it lacks the notoriety like YouTube. I have run into older clients who did not know what Vimeo was, and they didn't particularly care for the level of quality that I did. Some people just want to have their contents seen and do not care for the finer details.

An Underdog software for webinars

It is amazing when it comes to webinars, conference calls, virtual meetings etc. nothing like the mundane mainstream VOIP software.

Easy editing, content management, and lots of incredible options that I didn't know we needed. Fantastic platform, with fantastic support. It is definitely a must-have if you have a video library and want to showcase it, whether in social media, a website or other platforms, it works everywhere.

All-in-one Video Platform
I've been a user of Vimeo for a few years now, and what I love the most about it is the high-quality video streaming experience and over-all user experience that you get. It has been my go-to platform for its quality and user-friendly interface. It also became a way for me to connect with others that share the same passion as me, which is video production.
Avantages
What I love the most about it is the quality of output and experience that you get while using the platform. It's also a great platform to share your passion for video production with everyone, be it your friends, family or others. I really love this platform.
Inconvénients
What I like least about it is it's pricing. The paid plans can be quite expensive compared to other similar platform and the features for the free trial has limited features. But still, Vimeo is a great platform in terms of long term use.
