Buggy. I am an early user so it is somewhat expected and understandable. 7 out of 10 of the automation I set failed.

I am amazed at how fast their support team responds to me. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] often provides a detailed solution (with screenshots) within 24 hours.

I was an early adopter of Hexomatic and from day one; they offered so many features to make my data extraction workflow fast and efficient. Even with the many integrations and automations offered, they continue to offer additional features and improvements to existing features.

Inconvénients

The only thing I would like to see is the ability to rearrange the automations, but I'm sure that would cause more backend complications than it's worth.

I really love Hexomatic and other tools created by Hexact Inc. Hexomatic has a very wide range of applications. In addition, it is constantly being improved and new functions appear regularly. The last but very important thing is support. And the support of Hexomatic is really amazing! This is really top level of service.

Honestly, I haven't found anything like that yet.

I loved the fact that it makes it easy to create a workflow and it is pretty versatile to use. It has strong features, which are fairly priced, and I believe will become even better the more it grows.

I believe that some of the AI features could use regular credits instead of premium

I get little confused about how things should be put together. Not necessarily the softwares fault, partly time neede to really get to grips with it properly.

The ROI is quick and easy to realize with data extraction. The time savings were incredible!

Inconvénients

This product/platform is very difficult to use. It's not a plug and play - it's a discover, try and revise in order to get it to work. Also, not all features work/sometimes the bot is blocked by websites.

The program allows you to collect the desired data from almost any web page.

There was a problem with collecting data from selected elements of the website, but the support team helped me very quickly. I got help even on days, when they don't work (weekend)!

Avantages

Easy to use. I don't need to have any prior coding knowledge. Recipes and workflow automation is available for selection without having to build them from scratch.

Inconvénients

Not much at this point. Would love to have the selector be more precise and able to capture the data accurately without having to constantly refine the selector. The modification/editing of the HTML code can be confusing and time-consuming at times.

There’s bit of a learning curve. You get over it fairly quick with trial and error but starting off lost is very possible.

I love how many actions I can do apart from just scraping data. I can extract emails from domains. I can take bulk screenshots of many websites, I can extract meta data from 100s of URLs. The number of options hexomatic gives, the possibilities are endless.

I would like to have tons of video tutorials, use cases and casestudies to know how others are using Hexomatic. I love the tool and I would like to learn how to use it even more smartly. I don't think I am being able to even use it 20% of what all it can achieve.

I found Hexomatic to be the best way to solve the problem of data scraping. The scraping recipes are straightforward to use and extracting data from the internet has never been so easy for me. It supports HTML form fields, cookies, and HTTP authentication. It also features a robust API for scraping websites and code samples in multiple languages. It's just awesome!

Nothing comes to mind at the moment. I took some time to learn the software but it was well worth it!
