Simple to learn and use programming with awesome features. Love being able to add a signature of my choosing quickly and efficiently.

Not as good as some programs I have used but I love the simplicity of it and how quickly I can get things done. This is very easy to learn without a lot of effort.

There is not a single thing I could say negative about this product.

Nothing. I tried to use it three different times but the instructions were practically nonexistent, or if available, the company does not make it easy to learn how to use their product. I'm sure they will say, "But look, watch this video or read this KB article, etc." But if a customer has to search, not find what they need, then go to reach out to support only to find that there is no support, a post-hoc explanation does not do me (or other customers) any good.

Inconvénients

Zero support. Your only option is "SignNow University" where you can search in vain for answers to your questions. No support chat. No support phone number. No support email address.

It's can be a decent system at an affordable price, if it worked.

The Bulk Invite doesn't to work. After uploading a list of clients, the field chooser removes sending options that are available prior to the CSV upload.

Reporting is broken. Reports display random field names instead of user information.

Could be a good system is it worked. Support is slow. I only say this because if this is their main business, it should not take a business week to fix a basic function.

Love the smoothness of its use and high quality interface. Lots of very convenient features and it does so much more that only serve as a signing app. The click and drag its very friendly and it really saves time when you have to do this types of files.

I'm just getting starting with it but so far I don't see much cons. My main complain was that It was a bit confusing the first day, but it really take a day o two to understand and it provides some tutorials too so I do believe they tried to have that covered.

Avantages

The only thing that I like about this product is the $1.50 / envelop price. It's a great value. there was some flexibility in staying a trial longer but it was certainly met with resistance.

Inconvénients

The software is a little clumsy; e.g., you can't set the width of a textbox through the interface so you're working in X, Y coordinates with pixels. It doesn't have a sound QA to production model where you can promote code but still maintain QA access. My account rep raised prices without disclosure and after we dedicated 100 hours to the project.

It is really easy-to-use and I am able to use multiple signatures should I choose. It is also useful for getting other people to sign documents quickly.

Its a pretty simple software, there aren't really any drawbacks. It would be nice if it didn't take so long for a signature to go through, but I'm not sure if there is a legal purpose to that or something else. It takes a few days currently for a signature to go through.

In my opinion, the most important thing about these types of solutions is the ease of use for clients. It does this very well as it is able to guide clients through the signature process.

SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

I love how easy and quick it was to get started. The sign in process was fast and I really needed to sign a few documents and get them sent out ASAP. It only took me a few minutes to get started and I was all set.

I've had the chance to use this as a free trial. We were switching HRIS and payroll vendor so this came with the onboarding feature. I find it very useful and easy to use. It was just such a shame since it is not integrated with the payroll vendor's system but added as an app so that would mean managing 2 systems.

Nothing really and I did not get to use it as much since it was only a one month free trial. I don't think there was anything not to like it though.
